The item has a construction flaw. What I bought was a bike alarm and finder (https://a.co/d/8D3jfD8), but it had a hump on the face that goes against the frame, and on a carbon frame this could be fatal as it would damage it if I secure this item according to the instructions.

Ortung und Alarm in einen Gerät,die Einrichtung erfolgte ohne Probleme.Die App/IOS dazu funktioniert perfekt.Viele Einstellmöglichkeiten in der App.Der Alarm könnte etwas lauter sein, ist aber für mich ausreichend und die Benachrichtigung auf dem iPhone ebenfalls.

It’s pretty much useless. It’s very quiet. You only get a notification if you are within Bluetooth range. The battery life is not great.

Served me well, wasnt my main security but had it on a road-legal dirt bike as a back-up tracker and alarm as its small and easily hidden! Works well, easy to set up and uses an app to arm/disarm! Decently loud, enough to draw attention! Good value imo, I definitely got my moneysworth and peace of mind! Decent battery life, had to recharge it every few months and I was arming it and disarming it regularly! Some pros and cons:Pros: decently loud, quite discreet and easily hidden, uses apple find-my location so can track pretty decently on their system as long as it can ping off iphones, relatively cheap and easy to install.Cons: app sometimes lags and or needs reopened, nothing major but a bit annoying at times. Disarms and arms over bluetooth so have to be relatively close to activate/deactivate however once armed itll stay armed whether youre within range or not so still a good theft detterent.

I use AirTags, AirCards, and these Knogs to track my devices, especially when traveling or bikepacking.Good: They hide well behind the water bottle. Easy to arm with the app, and app sends notification to phone when alarm is set. I’ve shipping my bikes by UPS and was able to watch them move around the country.The bad…battery doesn’t last…I had one die and had to completely do a factory reset which is unnecessarily hard to reconnect. I also question the there durability , I have another one that make no more sounds after about 6 months of use on a gravel bike but still tracks.I’d like to see longer battery life, the device beeping or something when low battery like a fire alarm, easier factory restore for gods sake, more durability? For $60 bucks I expect to get a couple years out of it.I like it but I’m looking for alternatives at this moment to replace the one the no longer alarms.
