This is an exact replacement for our shower, bath picture that stopped working. Overall happy with the replacement item.

This is not the same Kohler 389 spout as shown in the photo. In addition, the nipple protruding from the wall needs to be longer for this "replacement". Just be aware that this is not a 1 to 1 replacement tub spout for the older 389 spout shown in the amazon photo. After changing the nipple, the product works well.

This product is not a real Devonshire : different color and finish. It is likely a knock off or a generic brand. Kohler will send you a free replacement which is a real Devonshire . All you have to do is call them

Item received was not the 4-7/16" Kohler Devonshire, but a 4-7/8" Kohler Coralais. Similar style, but NOT what is described/pictured. The main problem is that the Coralais is a 4-7/8" threaded spout (NOT 4-7/16") , so it requires the existing connection pipe/nipple to extend 4" from the wall. The Devonshire I am replacing (and described/pictured in the ad) is a 4-7/16" spout with a nipple that extends 3-5/8" from the wall. Thus, the thread on the Coralais spout does not even reach the thread on a 3-5/8" nipple, and is useless as a replacement for the Devonshire.

What I got does not look like the picture and it is definitely not Devonshire! It seems Kohler no longer makes the original one and is pawning this off on their customers. If you need to replace one because it no longer works Kohler replaces them for free! I will be returning this one. You just have to call the customer support line, wait about 15 minutes for them to answer and then they will start an account for you and ship you a new generic one. Didn't even have to return the broken one. I still don't forgive them for making use some generic looking piece of junk with my really nice tub faucets that i bought in 2008.
