We purchased this machine back in Sept 2024. We had some issues where the metal cups would get stuck in the machine and the metal was being bent and ruined each time we used it. We called Krupps since it was under warranty and was told that we could ship it back and they would send it back to us within two weeks. This was 11/23. By 12/16 we still had no machine and was told replacement parts that came in were defective. They then proceeded to request a new machine be sent to us and stated that we should receive the machine within 7 to 10 business days. I have since then called at least 6 times and continue to be told I due to the holidays in the delays that our machine has not shipped. It is now going on six weeks of no coffee machine and they still have no update as to when it will actually ship out!!! Customer service does not go above and beyond to try to resolve the issue and some of the people that you speak to are rude. I do not recommend this machine due to this long drawn out process as I could have ordered a new one on Amazon and received it in two days!!!

Buena cafetera para iniciar, solo pediría que el fabricante pusiera mas indicaciones para los que no tenemos tanta experiencia mas videos para poder crear correctamente los expresos que esta bien, o que esta mal es lo único.

I have tried too many coffee makers that did not meet my needs. This one DID! I really wanted one that made a full froth for cappuccinos and heated the milk for laites. So it makes EXCELLENT coffee with wonderful steamer for warming or frothing. Love it !!!

En cuanto la desempaque se sintió la calidad en sus acabado y en los mangos de las piezas desmontables.La uso múltiples veces en el día y es muy consistente, realiza muy buenos espressos con una rapidez bastante buena, prácticamente sin tiempo de espera una ves que llega a su temperatura de operación.He usado otras marcas y modelos antes, esta cafetera cumple en cuanto a preparaciones de café y siempre es muy reconfortante sentir la calidad en el producto mismo. Estoy muy contento con la cafetera

El artículo llegó roto de una pieza de plástico y golpeado de la parte frontal, en cuanto lo abrimos una pieza de plástico salió volando ya pedí el reembolso. La cafetera en general está divina, fue un regalo de cumpleaños para mi novio.

This is my wife’s first cappuccino/latte machine so she is just learning on it. She seems to like it, but had couple comments:1) it is easy to overfill with ground coffee. This prevents the cup from “locking in” when turning. Look for the level marks inside the brew cup before and after tamping to make sure you didn’t overfill. It will take less ground coffee than you think. (Note, this is not a fault of the machine just something to note if you are a newbie).2) It needs a riser underneath the base (or a taller base) to make it easier to operate the steamer without spilling the milk after frothing.We purchased a 32 ounce milk frothing pitcher, which helped. It was large enough so that it held enough milk, and also the milk froth did not spill out (as much) when tilting it to remove the pitcher.If the coffee maker base held the machine 3” or so higher off the countertop, concern 2) would not be an issue.3) the metal coffee filters sometimes “stick”in the brew cup after brewing. A sharp knife tip or similar is needed to pop them out of the cup.We will be keeping the product as it is ok once you know it’s quirks, but ideally it could use some tweaks.
