Easy to use, accurate laser. I wish the base/sides were rectified or there was a bubble level on two sides. The slight curve on the base can really throw off a measurement across a large space.

I’m actually making a tiny home out back for guests. This is my first time ever. I used this for 90% of all my framing measurements and honestly I was impressed with the accuracy. It allowed me to know exactly what dimensions my cuts had to be at. In all, this handy little item helped me fully frame a tiny home from start to finish. I’m impressed! One thing to note is that this does go through AAA batteries if you use it as much as I did.

Sure it measures in inches, but that's whole inches. It does fractional inches but who wants to convert a decimal to the standard 1/16" measurements. So even if it is accurate within 1/16" you can't really get that accuracy in real usage unless you have another hand for a calculator. Major oversight. But I do like the small size. I tested it at night and it gave me a reading over 100' away on a white reflective object. But during the day you'd be lucky to get 50' if you were in the shade. But I did measure 50' inside the house and it seemed at least what it was supposed to be.
