I ordered two of these "new" for my company (we have over 25 of these in use). Both port replicators were shipped with non-OEM USB-C cables that did not pass display input. The port replicators themselves function fine and I have no intention to return either of them. However, I did have to source 2 of the required USB-C cables separately (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07VXRY7NM/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A32NZ7ZO7DP6C6&psc=1). That's an additional $49.60 ($24.80 each) that my company had to pay to get use out of these port replicators.Ideally, I would like a partial refund of $49.60, but Amazon's return process is all or nothing and I need to get these devices out to our staff as quickly as possible.

I have a T15 and I'm currently using an external 4K display on display port and it works perfectly fine. I have no complaints about this dock.It comes with a thunderbolt ready USB C to C cord which you will need if you want to be running 4K and charge your laptop at the same time. The cord and the dock feel thick and decent quality.

Not much else to say since the product itself is pretty self explanatory in its specs. If you just need a pretty simple docking station that allows display out and charges your laptop at the same time, then this seems to be the best bang for buck out of the docking stations I researched. It also has a pretty healthy amount of ports considering its size. I don't travel for work, but if I did, this charging station would also be perfect for travel since it is so compact. The only thing to consider is that power brick as well, which is more or less the same size as the docking station.I haven't had any connectivity or power issues, seems like a very reliable unit. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who just needs a basic laptop docking station.

I got this for my Lenovo laptop and it has worked without issue.I recently got a new Mac Mini and found out this dock works with that too! So now I can use multiple monitors with my Mac.

This is a good dock but surprised to find. The unit itself has a power adapter and is Lenovo rectangular and not type C. Also doesn’t have network port. I did use a usb c to Ethernet from the dock and works good.

I own an IT MSP and have deployed dozens, if not hundreds, of these docks to various client sites over the years and they're one of the most reliable docking stations I've found. I use them with many different brands of computers from Lenovo, Dell, etc. and they've been reliable with everything. They're expensive, but you get what you pay for and this is my go-to dock for Windows machines.

A lot cheaper than traditional docking stations (important since I'm paying for this out of my own pocket); and pretty convenient (just connect 1 cable, which allows me to place the laptop anywhere). I've used up all its ports except the HDMI port; and it works great.Out of the box, I had issues with it. It detects my USB 3.1 hub (with 3 external USB drives) but wouldn't allow me to access 2 of them (the one that it allowed me to access created data corruption; had to reformat the drive); it also recognized my ethernet cable attached but wouldn't transmit any data out of it. After updating its firmware, it's working great. My laptop is a Thinkpad T14 gen 4.

Sure it is expensive, and has some issues with display not showing up (fixed by updating firmware and plugging out/in the laptop USBC cable). But apart from that it works pretty good with all the devices i have connected so far. My 32 inch 2560x1440 LG monitor works like a charm at 144hz using displayport.

This USBC dock has been pretty good for my employees. We get Lenovo laptops (mostly T470/480/490 and T14/15 and P1). It works really well for these laptops. It charges, has a good assortment of ports, has a small footprint, and we dont have a lot of issues with them (usually a power cycle fixes most problems)Lenovo charges way too much for these docks. Even before COVID issues, these were often pushing $200 unless you found them on sale which is far too much for what you get. Now Lenovo and Amazon scalp everyone because they know they can. I typically buy these from Amazon since they are normally less expensive, but make sure you aren't buying from some scammy reseller or buying renewed. These docks used to cost about 150-180 not that long ago. It's really frustrating that they only include 1 HDMI port on this dock and 2 Display Port. A lot of Lenovo displays dont have Display Port, only HDMI. Basically all of the Lenovo displays that have DP don't ship with a Display Port cable, so this dock means that you HAVE to buy specific monitors, and then also have to buy additional cables. Literally a second HDMI port would correct most of this problem, but that only exists on the $300+ version of the dock. Shameful. This dock only works with your laptop using the rear USBC plug. There is one in the front but for whatever reason Lenovo only has the rear one set up for the "docking" which makes no sense. (dont get me started on Lenovo laptops only docking with certain USBC ports on the laptop itself)Lately I have received a lot of faulty docks where people have to fight with it a little bit for the displays to work, the charging to work, etc. Quality control is down (even for Chinese junk electronics standards). All this being said, when you get it at a fair price, these docks work pretty well. I have replaced maybe 2 out of about 50 in my company due to faulty equipment. Lenovo was pretty quick to replace it. We use these with Dell and HP computers without much trouble, and even MacBooks which are notoriously terrible about compatibility (though they do still give us trouble from time to time)

A great value for the money. Well-made with a solid feel.Works flawlessly with an HP laptop and a 4k monitor.Windows has drivers for it and installs them automatically, but I also installed the one from Lenovo just in case.USB-C connection also charges the laptop, so now it is the only one cable connected to the laptop.
