I wouldn't sit on it, but it should hold up whatever you'd want to mount inside your Leviton telco cabinet. It's almost a "must have" if you are purchasing a Leviton cabinet, its the perfect size for a small computer (think Intel NUC), or router, or similar device.

I just wanted to confirm that these keystone jacks fit perfectly: Cable Matters UL Listed 25-Pack Slim Profile 90 Degree Cat 6, Cat6 RJ45 Keystone Jack with Keystone Punch Down Stand in White (Model 180070) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06Y8T7NSH/. It works great in our Leviton media enclosure and is much more affordable and reconfigurable that a traditional punch-down patch panel.

I ended up getting this so that I can terminate some CAT5e cable runs inside a Leviton 14-inch Media Enclosure; I like that I can use my own keystone jacks and this is more compact than a patch panel.The bracket side have a push tab that expands to secure this bracket into place; it comes out without any issues when I pull on the push tab. Construction wise, the plastic material feels acceptably rigid and not too brittle.Keystone jacks that are bit wider than normal will not fit side by side in this bracket.

I was worried about some of the reviews stating wrong size, but since amazon offers free returns, why not give it a try?So not sure why people are saying this doesnt fit - it fit perfectly (both the small and larger holes) in my unit (28" Leviton Media Enclosure).Maybe a bit overpriced for some rubber grommets, but they do the job.

I decided to redo the structured wiring in my house. After debating the many options for termination in a media cabinet, rack, or panel...I ended up making a custom cabinet to fit my needs. Since it's not an industry standard size, I needed something to mount keystone terminations of my cabling. Leviton is high quality stuff, and this 12 port bracket is cheaper than other 12 port brackers, and a smaller foot print than other products.There is a label set that comes with the bracket to identify the different port run locations. It does come with quick mount pins already installed (I did not need for my application, they were carefully removed and pan head screws used to install). Overall, better product for panel mount, wall mount, cabinet mount, etc., than other keystone mounts I found on Amazon.

Wanted a patch panel that would fit inside my OnQ LeGrand Enclosure, and took a chance at purchasing this in the hope it would fit. I previously purchased the OnQ AC1040 Plastic Universal Mounting Plate. Much to my surprise and appreciation, the pins lined up perfectly with a hole pattern in the AC1040.This worked well, and fit nicely for my intended purpose of helping to protect CAT6 cables attached to PoE IP Camera's. In addition, it provides some flexibility related to the other CAT6/Coax cabling located within the enclosure.Currently awaiting patch cables and this is what it looks like in the enclosure.

This is a good option if you want to terminate your cable runs with keystones instead of using a standard punch down patch panel like the Leviton 476TM-624 Twist and Mount Patch Panel. The piece is sturdy and well designed to allow easy access to connect your patch cables. This actually accomodates patch runs better than the Twist and Mount Patch Panel, because with the QuickPort Mounting Brack the cables run parallel to the door (if you install one), where as with the Twist and Mount Patch Panel the patch cables get pushed against the door when you shut it.I did find that Monoprice Cat6 RJ-45 Toolless 180-Degree Keystones can be used with this item, and they will fit next to each other so you can use all 12 ports. A much cheaper option than the leviton keystones.I purchased this because I have had to redo the cable runs once already and would be nice to not have to redo the punchdown again. Ultimately ended up returning this item because I needed more than 12 ports, and the way this is designed, after taking into consideration the cable runs and patch cables, it would take up almost as much room as the Twist and Mount Patch Panel, which is 24 ports. Decided would rather have the space in the SMC.Took off one star because with a bit of reforming this could probable be made to take up the same space as the Leviton 476TM-624 Twist and Mount Patch Panel, and be a better option for running patch cables in the SMC, since the patch cables wouldn't be pushed against the door.

This is made for Leviton's way-overpriced "QuickPort" keystone connectors, and at least for cat5/6 these are thinner (less wide) than a lot of others, specially the cheap ones sold by Monoprice.Luckily I discovered that the Shaxon (Shaxon BM703W810 - available on Amazon and at Fry's Electronics) cat6 (and presumably cat5) connectors are thin enough, and while they aren't as cheap as the Monoprice ones (around $2.50 each vs $1.50) they aren't nearly as expensive as Leviton's $6-8 Quickports. The Shaxon connectors also lock in solid compaired to the Monoprice ones.Other than that, this is a great unit for you SMC, and a far cheaper method of terminating cat5/6 than using Leviton's cat5/6 specific brackets, even if you add in the cost for the connectors.
