I've been feeding my cats on these for maybe a year now, typically just the nubby aqua squares. Works great to slow them down eating wet food. They clean up easily in the sink or dishwasher and they still look like new.

My cat would always barf if I fed her over 22g of wet food. And the same for kibble but I don’t remember how much I had to give her to avoid vomitting since I stopped giving her dry food for a long time cause I couldn’t find a suitable slow feeder that was easy to clean and wouldn’t give her whisker fatigue.I tried to many slow feeders and really liked the lick mat from this same brand that are silicone, low profile, and shaped like fish. But she was biting the mats and would rip pieces of it off as she ate. I couldn’t get her to stop and was so worried about her ingesting silicone regularly that I kept looking for alternative feeders till I found this one.I bought all the variations of the tuff mat and I LOVE THEM.This design is my favorite. I can put some dry food in the little wells and use it as a slow feeder for dry food too. I love that they aren’t too deep.They’re so easy to use. I use a butter knife to spread the wet food onto the mat, specifically the part with the nubs. Any food that gets stuck in them can easily be taken out if you let it soak in warm/hot water for 5 minutes. Then I just stick them all in a dishwasher at the end of the day. They don’t have suction on the back so they don’t stick to each other or in the dishwasher. Personally I’ve never been a fan of the ones that have suction cups in the bottom.She would still get excited sometimes and scarf down her food if I didn’t spread it out enough and then end up vomiting somewhere. But it didn’t happen anywhere near as often as it used to.It took me two plus years to find these and after almost a year of using only these tuff mats, my cat eats much slower now and I’ve just RECENTLY been able to increase the portion size up to about 28g reliably without her throwing up.Health wise: She finally feels like she’s filling out a bit more and she is so much more affectionate. She’s still excited and very food driven. I’m just happy that her barfing had stopped.Ooo but do be aware that the mats can warp a bit if you put them in the dishwasher and use hot water to clean them. I only noticed it when I bought new ones and saw how flat they were compared to my older ones so it doesn’t hinder its functionality at all.

C'est le deuxième que j'achète, c'est une super qualité, mes chiennes adores!!J'y met de la paté ou je mélange de l'eau chaude avec un cube de bouillons, je verse, et au congélateur.Elles adorés pendant les fortes chaleurs, ses bon, amusant et sa les occupe un peut (pendant ce temps, pas de bétisses)

Great quality and it definitely helped our cat eat slower! We put treats in it a few times for him to get used to it and then did the food and it worked amazing! Easy to wash as well.

Slowed my kitty down when eating her wet food. She couldn't get the dry kibbles out of it though. I transiting her back to her regular bowls after a week on this mat. Did the trick.

We have a ceramic slow feeder dish for our cat that has a concentric circle texture - it works to slow her down but maybe not quite enough, especially when it comes to wet food. She inhales it so fast, so we wanted something that was a bit more challenging and this seemed to fit the bill. I was a bit surprised that the colored parts of the bowl are just hard plastic while the gray “waffle” parts are silicone - I thought it was all silicone. Something to keep in mind as plastic can cause chin acne for some cats.We didn’t try it with dry food since we use an auto-feeder and the square shape of the dish means we can’t fit it underneath the rounded shape of the feeder. So we’re using it for wet food only.It was easy to smear the paté into both parts of the dish using a mini silicone spatula and our cat ate out of it no problem (but she’s an absolute fiend for wet food so it would take a lot to deter her).It usually takes her about 3 minutes to fully lick the ceramic bowl clean and walk away. With this dish, she’d gotten the majority of the food in about 6 minutes, so it effectively doubled the eating time. She also spent an additional obsessive 9 minutes making sure she got every microscopic morsel out of every nook and cranny for a total of 15 mins before walking away from the bowl.Cleaning this dish is okay - as long as I get to it when she’s done eating, it rinses clean easily in the sink. I still use a dish brush with soap afterwards to really make sure I’m scrubbing it out. The waffle texture is difficult to clean, though - it rinses clean which is nice but my typical dish brush can’t get all the way to the bottom of each pocket. You’d need something smaller like a bottle brush I suppose. I do still smell the wet food scent on the silicone parts of the bowl even after cleaning, so it is a little dubious how much the silicone is holding on to. Also water splashes off it and goes everywhere, so be ready!Overall:• Doubled our cat’s eating time, and she spent 5x longer total at the bowl compared to our other slow feeder• Not all silicone, the colored parts are just hard plastic - if they made this same shape in ceramic or stainless still I’d definitely scoop that up because it’s more hygienic than plastic and silicone• Rinses clean but the deeper waffle texture can’t be accessed by a typical dish brush, may need to buy a smaller one to fit• I do wish it came in nicer/more neutral colors; the gray + bright colors makes it look like a little kid’s toy and none of them really “go” with our kitchen• Wish it was a circle shape so it would fit under our auto-feeder for dry food; seems like a miss to make it a square when most people use circular bowls, mats, bowl stands, auto feeders, etc

Lo compré para mi gata porque comía demasiado rápido la comida húmeda y sirve perfecto. Uso las 4 partes del comedero. Lo único es un poco incómodo de limpiar... pero también lo es para mi gata sacar la comida así que 10/10

We use 3 of these for our cats. Good and sturdy. We don't put food in the grey sections cause they seem to get mouldy easily but the plastic coloured part is great

Die Grösse scheint in Inch angegeben (nicht in cm), deshalb kann ich die Dinger jetzt wegschmeissen da sie nicht passen. Warum nur 2 Sterne? Man kann den Artikel nicht zurückgeben, was ich nicht nachvollziehen kann. Schade!
