I liked that it fit the plug from my pontoons trolling motor. As mentioned the plastic ring will not fit over the screws so you have to mount it first then connect your wires. It would be nice if the end where the wires connect was covered so as to prevent them from shorting out in wet weather. Otherwise it fit and will do what I bought it for.

Very cheap made can't even get wires tight cause screw just strips an wires just pull out causing arks... Amazon has got to do better better on quaility control. Sending back for a refund shouldn't have to shoot my own self tappers into it to get the wires to stay

bought this because i had a marinco receptable pre-installed on my boat, and the plug matched up perfectly. Haven't used much, but initial impressions are is should serve the purpose just fine.

As a previous review has stated. The terminal screws are larger than the locking nut. This is a pain, but can be overcome as long as you have enough access and take screws out to install the plug. The male end is good and installs without issues. The plastic on the plug and wire ends is a bit flimsy. Better quality / name brand plugs are a better composite or reinforced material. Plug is phased and only locks together 1 way. The markings for line up are not very pronounced so you have to set the female plug and remember where the small dot is that lines up with the wording on the male plug. Overall, it is working well and getting power to my motor.
