Purchased this in January & thought I have one ready when my other one goes. It came in a sealed tube. My other light went today. I opened up the sealed tube to use the new one, to find it is faulty. The tube has very little light & most of the tube is a light green color. I can't use it & I can't return it because it is more than 1 month.

This bulb burned out in under 60 days. they should last 1 year!

Bought these for the reasonable price, but don't waste your money. They were back up bulbs so it took a little bit before they were in use, once they were they quickly burnt out. Both of them! I'm talking like within a week. Ended up without UVB bulbs for my beardies for a couple days which defeats the whole purpose of having back ups!

Used it for my bearded dragon. Within 24 hours of installing it the bulb had failed.

This product doesn't seem on the up and up. Im concerned that it doesn't operate as advertised with its light output not equalling a bulb of a lower uvb level. Will update as i have more info.
