Since it has heat transfer adhesive tape already applied, it’s a simple peel-and-stick job. This is expensive, but for a high quality, low-profile heatsink I’ll pay it.

my solid-state drive was really hot to the touch and I was concerned that it would fail it some future point not anymore with these heat sinks and a nice fan and they are actually cool to the touch. I am very happy.
