Great magnetic mic holder. The magnet are super strong and using this to attach my DTMF mic since the shelf my base station radio is made from steel. I didn't use the other magnet to stick to the work area.Installation is super easy and it comes with a small screwdriver. The magnet is super strong and literally take some effort to pull it off even for a heavy commercial DTMF microphone.Great holder and fits all my Motorola microphone.
