Es un buen aparato y resistente, me ha gustado mucho para hacer ejercicio cuando durante el día no se puedo y al llegar la noche al menos puedes hacer un poco.

Being a senior citizen, this peddler is great. Yes its a little heavy to carry but I did it. If it were light it would slip. I use this peddler while watching TV, reading. I have been trying to lose weight, and this product is just what I needed. In one week, I lost close to an inch off legs, hips and behind. I peddle once a day for 5 minutes the first week, now I am up to 8 minutes. Steady speed (I am a female). Downside, is it is not good for people who have large feet like men. They have a hard time with peddles and hitting heels on floor. I love mine!!!

My wife has some mobility challenges and finds it difficult to maintain leg strength and muscle tone. Walking presents a challenge as she is a fall hazard. So, I bought the Portable Mini-Pedal Exercise Cycle to help her work her leg muscles. Assembly was not terribly difficult. You have to interpret a few things on the instructions or have at least a modicum of mechanical ability to get it together correctly the first time. The two biggest drawbacks to the system are: (1) the ability to increase tension on the pedals to get a little harder work out is accomplished by tightening down a knob on the crank that has the pedals attached. Basically using guesswork to crank the knob tighter to gain resistance. I'm guessing the end of the bolt attached to the knob that makes contact with the crank is metal on metal down in the housing. How long will that take to wear out? (2) The whole device will slide away from the person using the device. It is lightweight and the two base pieces have rubber end caps that are to make contact with the floor and hopefully hold it in place so you aren't pushing it ever further away as you exercise. Sadly...that is exactly what happens. You are slightly reclined on a chair with your legs stretched out and feet on the pedals held in place by plastic straps. As you push to make the crank turn, the device will.... if not anchored to the floor...slip further and further away or begin to cant sideways. You'll need a sandbag or something that you can use to weight the device down or it will get away from you and make you stop exercising in order to re-position the device back where you started. The rubber grips on the ends of the bases will do a bit better on textured carpet than it does on tile, slick concrete or hard wood. The little AAA battery powered computer records calories burned, time, repetitions per minute and total repetitions you performed. Good enough, I guess. Being realistic, I didn't expect a "Peloton" or "Nordic Trac" quality of device for $40.00. Just a bit disappointed that the device will slide away from the exerciser and setting the tension/resistance wasn't as good as I expected. If you figure out workarounds for anchoring it in-place and can get the resistance knob cranked down to give you the rigor you want for your workout, your're in business.

Lets just say im almost 38 and havent worked out since freshman year in college. Hey, dont judge me LOL. Im sure most people picked up some weight over the pandemic. I wish i would have ordered this during the pandemic so that i could be at my goal by now. Im far from overweight, im 5'4 and 125 lbs but Im using this machine to tone up my lower body. I am self employed and work from home so i have lots of free time to use this. I often get charlie horses after sitting too long that start at my ankles so this will help that. I also fall asleep on the couch sitting up which results in my ankles swelling. Last night, i tried this for the first time and it reduced the swelling. I only did 150 pedals but considering i never exercise i felt the burning in the back of my thighs. Again, dont judge me LOL! My goal is to use this every night while watching tv and gradually increase the number of pedals biweekly. Many reviews complained about the resistance in the machine. You have to adjust the belt UNDER the machine then turn the knob UNDER THE SCREEN until you cant turn it anymore. You cant just turn the knob and expect it to be at its highest setting. After every use you should reset the belt and knob. This machine isnt for someone who is very active and exercise at a gym on a regular basis. Its great for elderly people, as an at home physical therapy alternative, and for the couch potato who never exercises. If you are expecting more out of this then buy an actual bike. I noticed that most of the other machines had straps to insert your feet inside of when pedaling. Many also stated that those straps didnt adjust therefore users with large feet couldnt use the machine. This machine doesnt have the straps and i didnt have any slips when using. This machine was also placed on carpet that also has an area rug and the machine stayed in place the entire use. You will need 1 AAA battery to start the screen and it is NOT included. It's amazing the number of people who complained about the battery not being included. Take the battery out of your tv remote and get busy exercising. It's simple! Who doesnt have a AAA battery in their home in 2022? I was very pleased with the product and it went beyond my expectations considering the many negative reviews. I also researched which brand of Amazon machine was the best and this brand was on many website articles Top Ten list. The price was also way less than advertised on those articles so that was an even bigger bonus.

Great little cycle. I use it while watching TV to get some exercise and leg circulation. Took 10 minutes to assemble. Needs to be on a coarse rug or pad to avoid slipping. I also put double sided (sticky) velcro - with the rough side of the velcro on the rug. Keeps it in place and doesn't slip. Velcro doesn't damage rug.

I am a student who has to sit and study at home for at least 3 hours a day. I place this mini bike below my study table and bike for 90 or so mins everyday. Lost about 12 pounds in 4 months by doing that. Love this product. Good value for its price.... Only downside is that the metal pedal overheats if you bike too long

This mini-bike is a perfect exercise machine if you are desk bound for hours behind a computer screen. I use it to keep me moving since my work puts me behind a computer screen every day for 7 hours. it's easy to use the bike and use the computer at the same time which is not possible with a treadmill or an elliptical machine. It surely won't replace both of these equipments but it's a great add-on for busy days.Pros:- Light though stable on the floor (I have wood floors)- effective as it kept me moving almost all of the time I was behind a computer screen (including while writing this review)Cons:- Battery for the tracking computer is not included and no information is listed in the manual for the type of battery needed (LR44) I got two of these mini-bikes one for me and another for my elderly parents to help them keep active during Minnesota winter :)
