MasterLock is too good of a company to be selling this garbage product. Don't take my word for it, just search and find the multitude of YouTube videos on how to hack these locks needed by the rightful owners because they don't work right and the company makes them so that they don't have to provide support. You have to press a button while resetting the combination, but you need both hands to reset the combo so this is a 2-person job. The new combo doesn't always work. I have one lock now inoperable and one opens on every 4th or 5th try. And a family member just brought me a 3rd lock that won't reset. DO NOT BUY.

They work well and makes would be thieves ponder twice. However TSA knowledge based employees do know how to open these easily (sounds like a lawsuit)I mean they wouldn’t dare.The product does what it says lock stuff!~S.King

The hard style locks can easily catch on something while airlines are loading and unloading and with no ability to twist or turn, will break off the zipper.I have these on all our luggage and we have been doing a lot of traveling and since they can twist and bend, have never had a zipper handle torn off in transit.

They are convenient in that they are small and strong. However, I'm unable to read the numbers without glasses. Next time I buy locks I will get ones with bigger numbers!

I purchased the 4 pack. Not 1 of them unlock with factory preset 000 when lined up with marks. Highly disappointedWill try another customers trick to find marks to open. Since they came in a bag and not hard plastic, I suspect someone may have changed codes. What are the odds of all 4 not working ...
