I purchased 2 Adirondack chairs from Mdeam, and was extremely impressed. I was worried that the products would either turn out to be cheaply made or difficult to assemble; neither of my fears were warranted.Having owned a pair of wooden Adirondack chairs that tended to weather pretty fast, I wanted to find a product that would last longer. These chairs use high density polyethylene, so they should withstand the elements better. And this composite turns out to be very sturdy; the chairs have some really good heft to them, so I’m assuming they’ll hold up to people’s weight, wear and tear, and whatever the weather throws at them. In fact, the weight of the products was perfect… not too cumbersome, but there’s no chance of having them blow away with bad shore storms.The assembly was extremely easy. I’ve had so many instances of products coming to me with no instructions, broken links to supposed instructions, or directions that are simply wrong. These instructions were perfect and easy to follow. And the various screws, bolts, washers, and nuts were sent in a sealed sleeve with clear labeling to avoid any missing parts or challenging assembly.The chairs also have amazing added-on features. There are cup holders on each armrest that swivel out when needed, but they stay protected underneath when not required for use. And each chair also provided 2 stabilizers on both sides so that they are kept more secure. The chairs also easily adjust back into 3 different settings. And there’s a retractable ottoman that slides back into the chair when not in use.Simply put, I love the Mdeam Adirondack chairs, and look forward to many years of use. I highly recommend this purchase.

Update 3/19/2022: So the company contacted me concerning my experience. I have been working with Alex and he has been great! I must say they are very responsive to customer concerns. As I stated below I think this is a great product and the cost is affordable for the average income. Not to mention, the product is extremely sturdy. I have been pleasantly surprised that Alex has offered me a new chair, at no cost to me, and I will receive it in May. I’ll make an updated post at that time. In addition they refunded me as well for the problematic. Not many companies would have done this. So when it’s all said and done I will have 6 chairs. The 5th chair comes today. Alex also requested that I make a video.. so that will be an experience. I’m gonna change my review to 5 stars because of their responsiveness and willingness to make the situation right. I will trust the company to send the free chair in May. I appreciate their responsiveness in making the situation right. I’ll be back in May!I have ordered two so far and have two more to go. I have problems with both purchases. The first looked like it had be returned and repackaged and one of the holes was stripped. I had to exchange it. The exchange was smooth and quick. I am now building chair two, but the package #2 nails are missing. Called Amazon and am to receive them by Wednesday. If I didn’t like this product so much I would not go through this hassle! ! If the product was a $100 dollars to assemble each chair I would have just had them pre- assembled. The chair are an excellent quality. I just hope when I get chairs 3 and 4 in a few weeks I won’t have these complications! Of not, it’s assemble price is ridiculous considering they advertise 30 mins to assemble.. so they want $100 for 30 mins? SMH, wish I got paid like that! 3/11/2022 update: so apparently the manufacture will not send the nails that are missing and I would exchanges the chair. However since they exchanged the first chair, they will not exchange the second, so I have to disassemble the 2nd chair and return it then buy it back… this is turning out to be an extremely piss poor experience. This is a manufacturer problem.. why am I being inconvenienced…and I still need two more chairs…SMH I’m removing one star!

Replaced a wooden Adirondack chair with this one back in July. Just got around to putting it together 2 nights ago. I did open the huge, heavy box when I first rec’d it to make sure all the parts/hardware was in the box. Shoved it agst the wall for a few months. Pulled it out to assemble. Couldn’t find the directions. I’m pretty handy & put furniture together quite a bit so I didn’t worry too much. Noticed they had instruction videos on line. Perfect. Started following the videos. Pause. Watch. Pause. Got through the arms, decided to finish it the next day. The pausing of the video was getting to me. Found the instructions in my nightstand while getting ready for bed. Yippee! However, the video instructions are different than the written instructions. A lot different. But I got it together with a little common sense. I’m in my early 60s & put it together by myself without any problem. However, I did carry the bottom out to where the chair was going in the yard & then brought the back out & attached it. It would have been too heavy for me to carry the finished chair from the garage to the backyard. Folded up the chair is heavy so I won’t worry about moving it until next hurricane season. I got the chair with the extended footrest. It’s beautiful. Holes lined up. Really easy to assemble with directions.
