Convenient shoe repair tools
Use the included iron piece to pry open the old shoe heel.
Pull out the worn heel tip
Put the pliers on the iron pin and pull out the shoe nail, avoid sharp pliers breaking the heel tip.
Secure the heel spikes
Place the tip of the heel into the heel hole and secure it in place.
Gently knock in
You can use nail pulling pliers or a hammer to knock it in, or you can knock it on the ground without skewing it.

The heel caps do not work for my shoes. The diameter of the nail is too large for the actual hole. The tool is also not sharp enough on the end to get under the old heel cap. We had to use needle nose pliers to make it work. Would not purchase again.

The pliers were uneven and too thick so we ended up having to use needle nose pliers to get the old tips out. It took us about 40min of struggling to get them out. You have to twist them out and the big pliers shredded them so there was hardly anything left to grab onto. The tips were all too big and sit crookedly in the heel. The tips work, but aren’t the best. The pliers were completely useless, and actually made it 10x harder.

These work well for replacing the small heels that disintegrate after a year or two of usage. It's a good investment for keeping your favorite high-heeled shoes.

This is so simple to use and love that I can do this myself. Don’t make the same mistake I did though by not watching a how to before trying to do this on my own. Other than that I highly recommend.
