These are easy to install, but check back on the order page for instructions. I installed the first pair upside down. They actually work okay that way, but the second pair, installed correctly, felt better. I was able to reposition one that was a little off. They feel good so far. Will edit the review if I have problems later with them. But after initial use, I would definitely recommend. I had several pairs of shoes that continued to ride up and down on my foot. Was planning to just donate them. But I think I will be able to enjoy wearing them with these heel grips.

These little sets are perfect for my shoes. Some of my dress shoes are hard near the heel and it causes constant blisters. With these I am able to add protection to my heel area and now I do not have blisters because the hard part isn’t rubbing against my skin. The functionality is great and there is no more slipping around in my shoes. The slip resistance is great. The adhesion was also good. It is easy to apply them to any shoes. The value for the money is definitely there once you see how practical these things are.

These heel protectors are a must-have for shoes that are a little too big to wear comfortably. I have a pair of flats that kept trying to fly off my feet every time I took a step. I would have to slow my pace way down and walk almost flat-footed with an unnatural gait in order to keep them on, and it was supremely irritating. These puffy little pads are easy to install and the adhesive seems to stick well to the inside of the shoe. They're super soft but grip onto my heel, which means the shoe stays on my foot no matter how fast I walk. These heel grips are a great inexpensive way to keep too-big shoes from the donation pile.

I can't complain about the quality of these. The adhesive is sticky and the pads are peachy soft- like moleskin. They do a fine job of smoothing out any rubbing near your heels, but they didn't do the one thing I needed them to do! My foot was still sliding out the back when I stepped. In fact, because it did make things so smooth around my heel, it seemed to make the problem worse. My loafers weren't large to begin with, and I was hopeful these would do the trick to alleviate the occasional slip off. Maybe your feet/shoes will be a better combo but sadly they didn't save mine!

These have worked wonderfully! Just what I needed for some new shoes where the back of the shoe was rubbing the back of my foot in the wrong way. I have very sensitive skin and easily get blisters from the least bit of friction. Sometimes just something touching my skin can cause enough discomfort to distract me from whatever I’m doing. These little helpers have completely solved that problem. They’re super easy to apply and stayed in place the whole day. I’m so glad to have found these. I expect they will be something I continue to use the rest of my life.

If you buy these at a shoe store, they are about $8 for one pair. These are a great deal and work perfectly. I like that they come in 2 different colors also. I'd buy them again.
