I have used many brands of snips for cutting sheet metal and these are the best. Very sharp out of the bag and cut like butter. I also think these stay sharp the longest.

The aviation snips that I got do not work well at all I just I typically get them and test them before I purchase because sometimes they have a defect which does not allow them to open completely and it’s almost impossible to adjust and I have a pair of that Are in that deficiency. I have no option, but to buy a new set, which will not be from this person or from Amazon I’m not sure what to do. I’ve used them so I don’t guess I can get a refund but I wasted $30. Don’t buy these from Amazon or from anywhere that you cannot personally test them.

Okay these are left cut and when I purchased them I knew that but these were the ones my husband wanted. He is a right handed man and said these were ok to use even if he isn’t a lefty. I guess everyone at his job uses these and say they are comfortable. He even had me order his friend a pair. 👌🏼

Only snips I use. This is my third pair in ten years. However thats not a fault of the tool. First pair were damaged by someone who used them without asking and cut wire with them (thats a big No No with tin snips). Second pair were lost. I think I would only be on my second pair still after ten years of daily use. Just dont cut things that theyre not meant for. Do not try cutting 16 gauge stainless. Do not cut wire. Do not use them on plasma cut edges which have slag.Ive used Wiss, Klenk, Milwaukee, and Craftsman. Midwest is the best for offsets. If your looking for non-offset, Wiss are very good.

Only casing cutters I'll use as I have carpal tunnel syndrome and these ease the pain of cutting big casing

Having struggled with another brand of snips while siding some agricultural buildings with galvanized tin, I finally broke down and purchased these. Having a first quality made in America tool makes all the difference. Nice to see some American workers who take pride in their product.
