I bought this product in 2020 and it lasted 3+ years before the Arizona sun deteriorated it so much it had to be replaced. I bought a different product (pricier) to replace it that lasted 1 year. I bought this product for the second time. If I can get another 2 years with it in the Arizona sun I will be happy. And if I get another 3+ years I will be ecstatic. Not only would I but this product again, I did buy this product again.

So cute and works great! 2 3-inch chlorine tabs fit great in this fish. I’ve had it in my pool for about 2 weeks now, and my chlorine levels are always perfect. When the chlorine tabs get tiny, I take them out, put them in my skimmer, and then put 2 more tabs in the fish. I would say you’d be replacing the tabs once a week.To open, you have to unscrew the fish from the base. Then drop the chlorine tabs. Then screw the top back on, which sometimes takes me a few tries to get right, maybe it’s just me. Then you drop it into the pool and done… so easy to use!

Great little chlorine floater for my above ground pool. The grandkids love it floating with them in the pool, they know not to mess with it but just adds to the fun of the pool to see it floating with them. I don't know about longevity yet since I just got it. I have noticed after using it only a few weeks that it has started to discolor on the bottom a bit. Works as expected.

Bought an intex pool this year & wanted to keep it clear. Got this cute flamingo tablet holder and it does exactly as it claims. Made me smile to look out at the pool and see it floating around! It was the perfect size for our 16' round pool.

The MILLIARD Chlorine Floater with an integrated thermometer is a middle-of-the-road product with both pros and cons that potential buyers should be aware of.**Pros:**1. **Dual Functionality:** The inclusion of a thermometer is a thoughtful touch, giving pool owners an easy way to monitor both chlorine dispersion and water temperature simultaneously.2. **Durable Build:** The floater itself is made of a robust material that seems like it would withstand regular exposure to the sun and pool chemicals without any major wear and tear.**Cons:**1. **Inconsistent Dispersion:** One of the primary issues I faced was the inconsistent release of chlorine. Depending on the tablet's size, the flow sometimes was too much or too little. A more adjustable or versatile vent system would be beneficial.2. **Thermometer Accuracy:** While the idea of integrating a thermometer is great, its accuracy can sometimes be questionable. I've noticed discrepancies between this thermometer's readings and another trusted pool thermometer.3. **Design Flaw:** The locking mechanism could be improved. There have been a couple of instances where it popped open, causing tablets to spill out.**Overall**, the MILLIARD Chlorine Floater does its job but has room for improvement. It's decent for someone who wants the convenience of a 2-in-1 tool and is willing to keep an eye on it to ensure optimal performance. However, if you're seeking precision in both chlorine dispensing and temperature reading, you might want to consider other options or be prepared to use this in conjunction with more specialized tools.

I like this dispenser, but it has its flaws. This does what is intended, but at the same time I wish there had maybe been more options with a dispenser and a thermometer in one, just so I could compare.Pros - Does what it says it will do. The thermometer is very accurate. It is right on with another thermometer that we have, and that is awesome. I like that it stays upright even with nothing in it. I have read reviews on a lot of dispensers where this is a problem - not here.Cons - It is THIN material. I mean really thin, which may be why the plastic has also bleached, which surprised me. I had a really cheap one of these before (no thermometer) and it was at least as thick, and never stained. Perhaps my biggest issue is that the adjustments are basically nonexistent. It seems pretty much all or nothing. There is slight variability, so I would say there are like 0, 1.5, 2 levels for dispensing (still, the 1.5 level is almost 2 I have found which is why I don't even call it 1).Overall, I like this, and think it is acceptable, but could definitely be better. If it had more variability in dispensing, like 4 true levels, it would be a 5.
