This is my second purchase of the same item. The price is right and the product is functional. UPS lost the product and it was stuck in a UPS warehouse for a week before it was found. Amazon kindly granted a partial credit for the delay.

Great quality and looks really good. Made moving my office chair so much easier than directly on the carpet. Only reason I gave this a 4 rating instead of 5 rating is because I accidentally dropped a 5lb dumb bell onto the mat from my desk and it smashed into a bunch of small pieces. Was surprised considering it states it can bear over 1000 lbs.

I bought this a little over a year ago and I can say it is holding up great. I love it. Looks so much nicer than those cheap plastic mats. I have a big computer chair on wheels and am constantly rolling on and off it as I get up and down and have never been concerned about it's durability. Best purchase I made for my office.

It does slide on my rug even with sticky stuff on the glass, but other wise, it is a great product and won'd wear out like the plastic ones!!

I had always used the plastic/acrylic (or whatever that material is) type of unit that I would have to replace all the time. I was skeptical about the glass and it's usability, but this is so much better than those old plastic mats.

I was skeptical of this, as it seemed likely to break just because it's glass. But I've been using it for months and it's fine. I bought the 36x36 because that's the biggest I could fit - and my chair does often roll off it, so you might want to go up a size if you have the space. But it's easy to roll back on. Mine is on both a rug and a wood floor.I love that it's unobtrusive, too. Since it's crystal clear, it's not ugly.

I had thought that 1/6" might have been too thin but it is very sturdy and hefty, I don't have any worries of this breaking when I step or roll around on it. It's definitely nicer to use than my old polycarbonate chair mat which would flex slightly on carpet even though I got the one meant for carpet, and my chair always wanted to roll backwards because of it.The mat itself does slide a little bit around on carpet, so I'm considering maybe putting silicone feet under the corners of it, but even when it shifts it's not too much of a nuisance. it's easy enough to just pick up the edge and slide it back into place if it moves too far. It generally doesn't move when I'm on it, it's when I'm stepping off of it to walk away from my desk that it will slide an inch or two.
