There are at least three 3/16 pvc lines on the back of my LG side by side fridge. one goes to the filter, one to the ice maker and I assume one to the water. The shortest one developed a leak and broke. This line ordered was approximately 7 ft. I had to shorten it slightly to fit. No more leak. Future leaks may require a longer line. Noticed there are kits with 24 to 30 ft of line that are reasonably priced on Amazon.
