Manufactured from high-density polyethylene with UV-stabilized resin. Provides positive seal with Moeller-exclusive injection molded 2-1/4" fill neck. Mechanically vented fuel cap ensures easy gripping. Features rotating 90°, 1/4" NPT fuel withdrawal elbow that eliminates kinked fuel lines. Includes mechanical direct-sight gauge with easy-to-read indicator. Specifically designed for use in Boston Whalers, Carolina Skiff and Key West bench style, center console, pontoon, deck and jon boat designs.
Note: Non-EPA compliant tank may only be used on boats built prior to 2011.

READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!!! This is designed to be mounted on a 1/4" neoprene pad, and it will EXPAND by ~3% in all directions once filled with gas. The initial expansion process takes about 30 days and is due to a chemical reaction between the gas and the plastic material (not due to heat / cold cycle pressure changes). So there's that. If you get the mounts they're designed to take both of these into account so they seem too big until you factor in these changes.One star off because there's no easy way to mount a remote fuel sender. It would be so easy to add that feature so kind of a bummer. I don't want to drill a big hole in my brand new tank, but maybe in a couple years...Same star off because the fuel draw sticks way out next to the filler cap and could so easily have been tucked under the seat, out of the way and unobtrusive.Other than that it fits like a glove under the seat of a '95 Boston Whaler Dauntless 15.
