I say you must have a tripod, because otherwise the thing falls over but other than that, it worked exactly how it stated to work. Does everything inc to do? And i'm very happy with it

The manual was not included with the package. Fortunately, the item's page allowed me to download it. Signs on buttons are hard to see because dark colors were utilized in place of white.

Extremely slow moving left, right, up and down. No for Sports. I had the speed 9 which is the highest. Is a great product, remote works great when i used it on a 15’ pole. Unfortunately, the speed was very slow and it was hard to understand, see this from videos, photos and description of the product.

Didnt rotate smoothly and kept locking up when rotating more than 90 degrees. Cheap Chinese products.

Pros: does what it mostly says it does.Cons: alot.1. Buttons rattle/buzz when used outdoors in wind.2. Button dont have contrasting markings3. Rotation degree marks are very faded. Hard to read.4. Remote buttons dont have contrasting markings.5. Feels and looks cheaply made.6. Does NOT hold more than 1.7lbs of weight. I have a canon eos t7 with a 400mm tameron lens. Weighs 2.1 lbs.. the motor does tilt ok but has trouble holding still. Even 3d printed a mount to move the weight backwards more to evenly distribute the weight. Still, doesnt hold tilt.7. Even on speed 9, its slow.8. The 1/4-20 screw is jenky and doesnt have any freeplay. It should not tighten when nothing is screwed on to it.9. The mount plate lock is junk. Snapped off on 1st use taking the mount plate off...3d printed a replacement.For the money, i can see why its so cheap.

This unit is below average. Way over pricedVery slow shipping! Rotating speed is very slow on 5And noisy. Please don’t waste your money on this unit
