I purchased this key board tray a few months ago for my home office. After about 1.5 months, the lever for adjusting the height no longer works, I definitely can't use it in standing position, and most of the time I can't lower the tray to push it beneath me desk. If I wiggle the cable that attached to the the lever and wiggle the cable going into the arm of the key board tray I am sometimes able to adjust the keyboard tray enough to adjust it. Very disappointing for the price. I will need to dispose of this one and order something totally different.

The bracket to install under the table is wider than the tray insert, so if i try to slide it in or out it will fall out. Because of that the tray was not straight, it was tilting. I would have loved to keep this but I had to return it.

Muy robusto y amplio espacio aunque demasiado pesado para lo que debe hacer. La charola no se desplaza con facilidad y hay que batallar un poco para sacarla porque al no tener ruedas o baleros no resbala con soltura.

I've been looking for a tray for my taller than normal floating desk and I needed something that could go low enough while sitting and tall enough for me while standing.Took me 2 hours to install it but the process was seamless. Things to note of you have a desk made of MDF or substitute wood:- reinforce the plate/rail with a 1/2 inch thick wooden board- spread thin layer of gorilla glue on one side of the wood and press onto the underside of the table (in my case an IKEA countertop)- drill the guide holes into the wooden board- fasten the plate/rail with some stronger wooden screws that are long enough to penetrate both the board and table- finish assemblyI have more confidence that the tray won't fall on my thighs and feet now. I'll update this review in the future. Its heavy but looks sturdy and be aware of the length of the rail. You may need to cut the length to accommodate the depths of some tables.

Word of advice: do NOT install the wrist support that comes with the tray. The tray itself is great, sturdy, and solidly built. Easy to install by a single person. Surface is nice also for the mouse to work on.But the wrist support is flimsy, hollow in many spots that your wrist constantly feels the knobs and hollowed areas underneath. And the worst of all, the top layer keeps sliding off from the bottom glued layer. Leaving strips of glue coming off and catching all the dust. Am buying a new wrist support to replace this, but stripping all the glue and residue is not gonna be easy. Sigh!

This is the perfect keyboard tray for my very shallow IKEA table, turned into a desk. The rail portion fits the depth of my desk which is only 15" deep. As far as the tray depth, I was concerned that the tray being barely under 10" deep would not give me enough room, but it's actually perfect for my iMac keyboard, which is small, and the mouse. I suppose if you had a large ergonomic keyboard, you could have issues. There is plenty of room for mouse movement as well. I did have to buy my own mouse pad however, but that is fine. I like the wrist rest, which although firm, it is comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to adjust the tray, to raise, lower, tilt and swivel. It tilts more forward than away. The limited away-tilt is not a problem for me as it is still an adequate ergonomic angle for me. I have had this keyboard tray for a couple of weeks now and I am very happy with it so far.

This is a review of the keyboard tray that's described on the Amazon page as "Color: Under Desk" with 5.5 inches of vertical span, rather than the "Color: Black" keyboard tray for use with a standing desk that has 13.4 inches of vertical range.Because of space constraints, I had to modify a benchtop in my home office that's holding my two printers so that it could also be used as a computer desk. This setup is admittedly far from ideal: the benchtop is 17.5 inches deep, had barely 26 inches of free space left to right, and is an awkward 33 inches off the floor -- much too tall for a conventional desk and too short for a standing desk. (I do have a real computer desk, but that already has a computer at it, and there's no room there for a second computer.)This keyboard tray fit my needs perfectly. I mounted a shelf about 4.5 inches underneath the benchtop so that the keyboard tray wouldn't have to extend to its maximum downward reach in order to put the keyboard at a comfortable height. Reviewer Lawes included pictures of a similar shelf in his or her review that was used for a standing desk. Lawes mounted the track so that the keyboard tray slides from left to right, whereas I mounted mine so the tray slides in and out. We used the same shelf configuration, though. The keyboard tray is sturdy -- there's a very tiny bit of wobble, but not enough to affect my typing or even to move the mouse. I didn't use the included wrist wrest. Mounting was fairly easy for a single person. I wouldn't hesitate to get another one of these keyboard trays if the need arose. That said, the product does have a few small downsides. As others have noted, if you mount the front edge of the tray's track flush against the front edge of your desk, the keyboard tray will still stick out about 3 inches past the edge of the desk when you push the tray all the way back. Not a problem in my case, but something you might need to know. Also, it was a little difficult to slide the tray in and out easily, until I applied a small amount of lithium grease to the track. Now the tray moves quite smoothly, but there's still enough friction where there's no way you can "bump it closed" by accident. The thing I was most disappointed in was the absence of a lip on the keyboard tray to keep the keyboard and mouse from sliding off the back side of the tray when you push the tray in or pull it out. If you don't store the keyboard on the stray, this won't be a problem. But I do, and it was, especially before I applied the grease, when movement of the tray was not smooth and required some finagling.I got around that by putting foam shelf liner on the tray underneath the keyboard (but not on the part of the tray where the mouse rests). That stuff really grips and won't let anything slide. I keep my keyboard tray fairly level. I don't know how much tilt you can have on the tray before the shelf liner is no longer effective. As for the mouse, I just tuck that into the little shelf I built under the benchtop before I close or open the tray, and then there's nothing to worry about.

While I have some nitpicking issues by and large this is a good mount for the price. Honestly aside from some very minor complaints it perfect serves my needs. Not sure how it will do over the long haul but it does feel fairly sturdy. I installed it into a desk that I made so it's considerably more substantial than a desk you would get from a store. It is a little heavy so I might be a little concerned about installing it in a cheap particle board desk.Pros:Decent Price. Not too hard for one person to install.Seems pretty sturdy.Plenty of room for my fully keyboard and mouse. It is able to do a negative tilt.Cons:Negative tilt could be better.Even slid all the way back it would still hit my knees. The board tends to want to lean to the left. There is a small amount of "wiggle" when typing. It doesn't swivel left or right very far.

Perfect for my narrow tall standing desk.My desk is only 18 inches deep, so in lieu of installing it the Track the “normal way”, I installed it horizontally / sideways. This allows me to move the tray Left to Right instead of in and out, which is great for centering the tray within my workspace. The product came in perfect condition, easy to follow instructions, an is very well made - albeit a little bulky at the bottom. The single lever to adjust the unit vertically is super easy. This was definitely a great purchase
