This should say that it is required an technician to be installed. Or at least give the instructions more clear. I requested for help. They sent me an email with many solutions or reasons. And "try to check what it is your issue". Which make sense to discard possibilities. But there were one mistake that I fixed after spending hours of installing, and was trying the connections in different order trying all the possibilities. After that I discovered that plug in the wire black (B)first, then (C) second, then (D) third, and (A) at the end. It finally worked. For the time wasted trying all other possibilities and testing that they sent by email. Is the reason of this 3 stars. The system works fine after installation, I hope it will work well for a long time.

Package arrived on time. The installation was very easy the instructions were to the point. Just have to make sure when programing keys to be fast.

It works on my 2015 Ford Explorer XLT,, the only thing is that to start it's not "lock" button 3 times, mine starts by pressing lock, unlock, lock and lock, so lock unlock lock lock but it doesn't bother me and other than that everything works the way it was described.
