I had high hopes for these clamps and initially they weren’t too bad at holding something together while they do not put any significant clamping force on. They’re good to hold something while you use a more permanent fastener with your glue however, the first time I use them one of them broke, and I wasn’t putting any significant force on them. They are nothing but stamped steel and the barrels that actually go through the screws, which are supposed to put force on it or simply stamped into very thin stamped steel so there’s a good chance that they’re gonna break don’t waste your money. They take too long to get and they are not worth the price a good idea that needs a lot more work. The metal needs to be much thicker and the fastening should be either welded or mushroomed so that it can’t come out out of the tin.

I like the physical appearance but it’s not strong when holding two pieces together.

I used these to fix a broken frame that's been laying around. Got it cleaned up then glued back together. Will be hanging it back up.
