I used this to replace the original engine in a cub cadet snow blower, the old motor had 1 inch shaft, new Duromax engine has 3/4. The old three piece pulley set up wouldn’t fit without a spacer, I decided to try this random pulley I found. It fits so far, little more difficult to install. Time will tell if it holds up in the snow.

Original part lasted 15 years, found this one and needed it quickly so decided to give it a try. This part lasted about 5 minutes the first time I used the snowblower. Took the part out and the larger auger drive pulley had come apart and also spun on the main body. Took a close look and there was no evidence of the 2 halves of the pulley ever being welded together - looked like they had just both been pressed onto the end of the hex housing. The only thing that was keeping them on was the end bolt and washer that holds the part to the engine's output shaft, the pulley parts were spinning free but obviously no longer able to spin the auger. Very disappointed - would not recommend as the part and pieces seem very lightweight compared to the original.

Old engine pulley cracked apart after a zillion years. Got the part quickly and it saved my ancient Craftsman Snow Thrower. Easy for an old woman to install. Just had to adjust the belt tension, now it throws snow a mile
