Worth your money and feel comfortable. Bought it specifically because of the four options adjustments hole to fit your desire height and it works perfectly for me than the previous one I bought from liquid stand with three holes adjustments options

I needed a portable piano bench for one of our keyboards used for giving music lessons at church. Because we need to set up and take down each week, portability is key. This bench "fills the bill!" The padded seat is especially nice.

This is a high quality bench. Its very sturdy and comfortable. The seat cushion is nice and soft. Its surprising how light weight it is, for how sturdy it is. I would buy again, and would recommend. 5 stars

...your usage may be different. The seat doesn't feel as "cushy" as it looks in the video. But to my surprise, it is way more comfortable than the much more expensive Rok Sak drum throne I was using. And way lighter. It adjusts like your typical X stands, but I get the right height for my drums and my keyboard in my home studio. The plastic housing that hold the legs when you set it up looks kinda cheap. But hey! For cost to performance ratio, I say this bench is worth it.I can easily sit on the smaller end with my drum kit, and then flip it longways for my keyboard. My small space didn't allow me the luxury of a drum throne and a keyboard bench at the same time.It does exactly what I needed.

I have another one that is almost identical to this, but costs $10 less, so will be comparing this one to that, which is the Artesia Portable X-Style Piano Bench, for reference. Both set up the same, which is pretty easy unless you want to change the height of the bench. In both cases you have to unscrew the pin joining the X of the legs, move the pin, try it out, then repeat this until you find a height that works for you, then screw the knob back on. The thing that could be better for both is if they used a spring-loaded pin like I have on my electric piano stand, where you just pull it out, adjust and release. It has a different mechanism that holds the X together, in contrast to these benches, and I prefer that. Between these two benches, this bench has one more height adjustment hole than the cheaper model, 4 vs 3, but they both came set at a height I like, so I don't need any more holes. The biggest difference between these is the padding of the seat. This model's padding is quite a bit thicker and more comfortable. When I first got it I thought I wouldn't like it so cushy but after using both for a while, prefer the thicker one. The thinner one does have more seating area, but both, while small compared to a standard piano bench, are adequate for me. The pictures show them side-by-side.On the down side, the frame of the legs on this one don't seem as good as the cheaper one. Looking at the pictures, the legs that are smaller in width and extension are for this review bench. The smaller area should, technically, make this bench less stable but, in practice, I can't say I've noticed any stability difference. Both benches move a little as you're playing, but nothing like the drum throne I was using for a while. These are far better than that.So far, these benches are neck-and-neck but there's one other factor I haven't mentioned, and that is the build quality of the capture area that the legs snap into. The ones on this bench seem cheaper to me than the other bench. The screws are smaller, there's only 4 (vs 5 on the other bench) and the depth of the capture area is just big enough to contain the cross beam, whereas the cheaper bench's plastic snap-in clasp, or whatever it's called, is deeper, so seems more secure. They both tear down easily for transport, once you figure out how, so no difference there. This one just looks more cheaply constructed.I rated the Artesia bench 5 stars and I like its build quality better, so should rate this bench 4 stars except I like the padding better on this one, so am giving it 5 stars. A spring-loaded adjustment mechanism would be an improvement for both.

I don't know if this is quite as nice as a similar Yamaha one of these I bought some years back but I don't remember how much I paid for that one.I learned with that one how fast a toddler can climb to sit on it, then be too close to the edge and send it launching like a trebuchet. Thankfully it didn't land on her! It was a little while before I trusted leaving it out and up but, I digress.I think toddlers could still launch this one if they were to do the same thing because it is light and tall which gives it leverage...two factors to consider for actuating a toddler-powered trebuchet...Still digressing...It's only funny to me now because she didn't get hurt at all then. This is nice. I don't know about the take down put up part yet for folding and storing or travelling. It's probably fine, just a little different.I think the foam is on the firmer side also but honestly, it's nice to not have your butt sink into a stool. And if one were sitting and playing for a long time the support would probably be welcome. I'm a pretty large guy and it feels sturdy when I sit on it and is firm but comfortable.I'm giving it four out of five stars because I feel the parts holding the seat to the crossed legs should be metal and secure in with a set screw. If it is set up and taken down frequently that will be the weakest part snapping in and out over time. Out of the box and for right now it's solid and takes some force to pop the one side out to fold it. I may work on some sort of set screw type thing if it does get folded down a lot. But, I would order it again, -M-
