As a size 4/0, this treble hook is just the right size for the belly mount of small to mid size soft body lures. A little small for mid to larger lures, but close enough for me.

Only thing that I didn't like is that I didn't order enough. Great hooks to replace original hooks on a few lures. Good strong hooks and nice hook-ups on fiah.

i was losing large stripers on casting spoons, even if i loosened up the drag after setting the hook with the standard trebles. After replacing them with these, they stay pinned.

Will be ordering more of these to replace the bait holder hooks for stink baits. They stick out further and keep fish hooked well.

Super sharp, sure all hooks are sharp until you compare them to these. You can see and feel the difference. Plus I love the bend of the hook, seems like it would hold better than the standard round bottom hooks, maybe it’s just a buzz feature but I’ve replaced the hooks on all my top water baits and it made such a difference on hookups, especially my favorites the Zara spooks. It’s worth a buck to make sure the fish makes it’s in the boat!
