The flap can be hard to open and gets stuck after a scoop or two. I’m returning this.

The door flap was too hard to open. Then the cat feces blocks the flap from opening after just one scoop

I really loved the idea of this scooper. Unfortunately, the way it is designed, you have to basically hold the dirty scooper to open the canister and remove the bag. Yuck. The bags are also pretty tricky to put in properly without them interfering with the trap door operation… Also, if you use silica based litter, the trap door is going to start sticking pretty much immediately.I still think it’s a great idea, but it needs a complete redesign.

It was so easy to put together, came with lots of bags; very durable and i think it’s great quality doesn’t seem cheaply made at all. the performance is amazing because you push the button and it goes right into the bag! value for you money is decent. it’s big! it’s a nice size but i i wish the slots where the litter goes through were smaller. i’m using it no matter what though! i suggest it!

We took it out of the box and tried it right away. Bad design. Mouth to small for clumping lumps. Bag to small for two cat collection. Trap door never did work. Would NOT recommend. Returned it that evening.

This is a great product in theory. I think if you scoop daily, if not more often, it would help more. The flap that keeps the poops from coming back out gets blocked if there is a lot in it. It is difficult to release the scoop mechanism to change the bag without touching it. It would be nice if there was a clasp, and then clasp release button to access the bags.

Unless you have a tiny kitten making the tiniest potties, this thing is a nightmare cause the trigger for the bucket lid gets stuck, bags get stuck and otherwise an unmitigated mess. Just use a metal scoop and a bucket or go for the self cleaning box

Too small...once you ger anything in it, it doesn't close and litter falls all over.

This scoop makes cleaning litter easier and it’s simple to change bags and empty when needed. The scoop size is quite large and it handles bigger clumps well although the holder is a bit small with the latch door being also small… a bit awkward to use but it gets easier to use with some practice.I’m not sure if I’ll be sticking to me regular scoop or if I’ll continue using this… a bit more effort to use this with not good enough results.

I've attempted to use this multiple times, and every time I've made huge messes while troubleshooting this scooper. The first issue is the size - the little folding door the waste is supposed to fall through is quite small, so if you have a clump much bigger than a golf ball it wont fit into the hole, then you have to find a way to break it apart without causing it to crumble into a giant mess. The trap door also swings down into the waste area, so if you get more than one lump in the bottom of the container the door wont open properly any more. Now you're changing the bag for every clump that you scoop, but there's no clean way to remove and add bags because of the design of where the bags go. On top of all this, the little tab either doesn't clip closed properly so you dump the contents everywhere, or it locks too well so you launch feces everywhere trying to coerce the lid open. If you're obsessive about scooping the litter after every time your cat uses it then this might work for you. If you're like me and scoop once or twice a day then the multiple clumps are too much for this scoop to handle. I can't honestly say I would recommend this to anyone based on how much I had to fight with it. The IDEA is fantastic, the execution of that idea failed in use.
