I dose CO2 into a small planted aquarium so I wanted to make sure that my levels were appropriate. This is super easy to ready. Blue means not enough CO2, green is perfect and yellow means too much. I'd just set this up hence the blueish green. Takes a few hours to update for any adjustments so don't expect immediate results. Just adjust your bubble count and then come back in a few hours to see how it's updated. Nice product. Easy to installz easy to use, and unobtrusive in th aquarium.

I ordered this and thought it was the style that hangs on the side of the aquarium, I was mistaken. The whole thing goes inside the aquarium and as such there are smaller more compact options than this one. This one still works well and isn't terribly big but I'm just puzzled at why this shape exists. Nonetheless, it works just fine and although it isn't as unobtrusive as I would've liked it's not that unsightly. It is a good value though considering it comes with a pretty big bottle of fluid too.

I really wanted to like this, as I think the music note-style design is pretty cool. Unfortunately, it does not react to pH changes in my tank. You can see it next to a functioning drop checker that already shows satisfactory pH levels from CO2 usage for the day. This new one is still showing blue. It's been in the tank two full days plus this morning and hasn't changed at all.I suspect it is due to the distance between the air entrance and the pH indicator fluid - it may be too long for the pH changes to actually reach the liquid.Either way, it doesn't work for me, unfortunately.

It's a pretty standard little drop-checker. The glass is smooth; the entrance is narrow and long to prevent fish from getting trapped, it's small and inconspicuous, but clear and easy to read, and the suction cup is high quality (something I appreciate in an aquarium product).I don't have a backup way to measure, but the readings seem accurate--I hadn't been running CO2 for several weeks before I installed it, and the indicator turned a very blue-ish sea-green. After running a small amount of CO2 (2drop/7secs for 20gal) for a few hours, the color slowly changed to dark grass-green.

Smaller than I thought it would be but still works just as fine. Does take a bit of time before the solution sets up once you install it in the tank.
