really nice pump, has withstood a couple hundred opening and closings already with no issues. The ones I used to get from Lowes would be dead by now.

East to install. Also a great price and quality product.I went through 2 previous models that I was able to use my foot to control open and close. Both times the unit failed afer less than one year. This unit control is basic and will last for years.

Speed adjustment doesn't really work; when the screw is turned all the way clockwise it just barely slows the mechanism down. It isn't a big enough problem to return it, but I do wish I could adjust it some more.

Ordered this to replace on my door that wouldn't stay open. I only need the closer part, however if I was doing this from starch the instructions would have been easy to follow.
