I have never had a problem with a Newer product. You can pay more for a bigger brand name, but I doubt the quality will be any better than this.

Un très bon rapport qualité prix.Cette tête n'est pas la plus solide que j'ai eu l'occasion de tester mais il faut avouer que son poids assez léger et son encombrement réduit en font un bon compromis pour une utilisation non intenssive.Les molettes n'étant pas les plus adaptée, l'intenssif en mouvement n'est pas le fort de cette tête, mais pour du statique sans trop de changements cela se passera sans encombre. Et ce même avec un couple boitier télé-objectif assez lourd (en restant dans les limites indiquées).

I bought this for a Toprig S60 slider and I find it very good for this purpose. It LOOKS great, and is solid easy to use. A little fiddly using the quick mount.

This works great although sliding the camera into the monopod is sometimes 'sticky' or slightly difficult but otherwise good product.

Hello...this ball head is spot on, feels very solidly built with a good surface finish and everything tightens up soundly due to the metal knobs and screws. The ball movement and 360 rotation are smooth without any clicks or jumping. I would definitely recommend for its price and construction...Bye

Neewer Tripod Head is a great product. The machining on this is flawless. The fit and finish is the same. I purchased this and made the above sleeves to adapt this to a Bog Death Grip tripod to hold a Vortex Spotting Scope. I could have purchased the factory unit for 145.00 but have the advantage of having a machine shop in my home. 32.00 for the head, 1.19 for a fastener and about an hour of labor in the shop. I could not be anymore satisfied of the end results - about as factory as you can get. It works very well!

The overall build quality and materials are excellent. My biggest hesitation is how hard it is to tighten the ball head and quick-mount plate sufficiently. So far the camera hasn't taken a nose dive, but I don't feel super confident about it, but I didn't see anything else out there that looked any better.
