Bought a molested Exmark Metro 26.An older commercial unit that had been 'gone through'Picked it up for cheap. All the parts seemed to be present.Get into tuning it up. The original carburetor was NASTY. The entire bowl was caked in scale and rust. Possibly salvageable, but a lot of brush work.The float seemed okay, but looked nasty.The kicker was the carb was entirely missing the jet and pilot nozzle. Welp, that's the end of that...Amazon has become my go-to cheap carb source to get equipment up and running again. Obviously they are cheap knock offs, but I've had pretty good success so far.They were all pushing $50! Totally caught me off guard.Until I saw this one for $11, delivered in 2 days.Eh, sure. Why not.Came with a pretty comprehensive kit - carb, 2 gaskets, some fuel line, fuel filter, fuel shut-off valve, some hose clamps.Bolted it up, and it runs okay.Only issue is it should come with 3 gaskets, not 2. Maybe just my particular model, but it has an "isolator" plate between the carb and the motor, so that requires an additional gasket.No big deal. Not complaining for $11.
