  • COMPATIBILITY: Our hard-wired door chime can be used with a 24V transformer ONLY (it will not work with any other voltage transformer). Using a 24V transformer with a standard 16V doorbell chime is not recommended, because the doorbell and/or chime can wear out.
  • STANDARD CHIME DIMENSIONS: Our chime's cover is 9” L x 5" W; 6.75” L x 4.75” W x 1.75” H with overall depth of 1.75”. It comes in a timeless white finish that blends with any decor.
  • FOR RING DOORBELLS: Our electrical doorbell for homes may be suitable for your smart or video doorbell. Please check with the manufacturer first so you can be sure about the compatibility.
  • TRANSFORMER VOLTAGE: 24VAC/40VA doorbell transformer for powering single or multiple doorbells and thermostats. Input voltage: 120 Vac, 60Hz | Output voltage: 24 Vac at 40VA.
  • TRANSFORMER CERTIFICATION: UL Certified.
  • TROUBLESHOOTING: If the chime is not working, the issue may or may not be with the chime. The issue may be with the transformer, doorbell button or wiring. Please contact us or visit our website for troubleshooting tips.

If you are looking for a good solid power supply for your ring doorbell go with this option. Solid normal sounding doorbell comes with it that meet the power supply requirements, and plenty of oompf from the supply that your doorbell will be very happy and work wonderfully. Don't settle for those 16v options, give your ring the power it wants and a matching doorbell that can take the extra volts.
