Great grill pan. I use for grilling meats to heating tortillas. So light, it beats using cast iron pan. I recommend!

This grill plate is amazing! It's light weight, easy to clean and so versatile. I haven't got a chance to try on camp fire. (Hoping to try very soon) but in my coil stove burner awesome. It cooks everything. Steak, chicken wings, ground pork, eggs it's great. Going to buy another. Thanks for making a great product!

This pan was a little thinner than I was looking for. It is light and comes with silicone handles for the side of the pan.

So, short of buying a Korean portable griller, this Korean grill pan is the next best thing to my mind: perfect for on the stove (or camp stove when outdoors) grilling of pork bellies, bulgogi, mushrooms, and various other veggies. It's light weight belies its sturdy construction. It cleans, in fact, a lot easier than a portable Korean grill. One warning: it comes with plastic, slip-on handles: Do Not Use Them When Cooking. They will melt. They are only for protecting the metal handles when transporting in the included carrying bag.
