The timer can be individually programmed for each day of the week with 7 ON and OFF set points or can be programmed weekly. The timer allows you to set your air conditioner or heavy-duty appliances including heaters, pumps, signs, fans and lamps to help to save energy and money, while adding convenience to today's busy lifestyles. When used for lighting, the timer is compatible with incandescent, compact fluorescent and LED light bulbs and can provide home or office safety and security by turning lights on while you are away. The timer detects input voltage automatically. You can program your appliances to turn on for as little as a 1-minute intervals. The timer also features a manual override switch and a back-up battery that retains the time and schedule in case of a power outage. For wiring, the timer features 4 in 1 DPDT contacts to include SPST, SPDT and DPST. Additional NO Contact ratings for Motor: 120-Volt, 1 HP, 30 FLA, 90 LRA and 240-Volt, 2 HP 20 FLA, 60 LRA. NC Contact ratings include: 120-277-Volt, 30-Amp Resistive, 15-Amp Inductive/120-Volt, 10-Amp, 277-Volt, 10-Amp Ballast. Pilot Duty: 120-Volt, 290VA, 240-Volt, 360VA. Motor: 120-Volt, 1/4 HP, 12 FLA, 30 LRA and 250-Volt, 1/2 HP, 12 FLA, 33 LRA. Timer features a heavy-duty plastic NEMA 3R Indoor/Outdoor rated lockable enclosure. Pretty easy to set up but when you want to change the time I found I had to start over and zero all times for each day out and do it all again. That is a pain when it comes to the days getting longer and I don't want to waste electricity on the landscape lights. It's easy enough to do but still it would be nice if I just could change the starting time and be done with it.

needed to run a pump for 30 minutes a day for a cattle water tank. setup and wiring was easy, I checked my wiring on a you tube video and every thing was correct. have been using analog timers, but they only last about a year or two. hope this one lasts a lot longer.

Download the manual from the produce website, much easier to understand than what comes with the unit.Comes with a battery backup, easy to use daylight saving and standard time setting. Works with 110 volt to 277 volt with no user input needed, as the unit senses the timer input voltage.

So I purchased this to install on an ERV so I could set the timer to turn on during normal operating hours and shut off shortly after the business closes. It gave me the option to run it as I wanted and even have it off during the weekends. Not difficult to program or wire. Basic electrical knowledge is plenty.

Easy to program and has a lot of timing options. It requires a separate power wire for each of the two relays and the clock power. Nice to have a pair of SPST contacts which can be separately used as normally open or normally closed. The case is about 1/2” all around bigger than the old mechanical timer casing that we replaced. It also had a tab on top that we had to remove to fit the space we had. But it’s a good rugged plastic case and so far it’s working well.

Good product. Used as replacement for another brand timer that had to replace 1 year after installation. This one was fairly easy to install although it didn't work the first time I connected everything. It comes with instructions( I did read through them) and everything looked good. Ended up going to Youtube for instructions and saw that I needed a jumper wire from the incoming terminal to the light terminal in order to turn on the lights. Programs easily and works great.

Unit was installed as a pool pump timer. The unit worked and then the LCD failed so I had to go back to the hardwire option

The 240 option is a little sketchy but it seems to be working fine. It runs my alfalfa and pumpkin sprinklers. Runs as it should. Easy to set. Easy to change. Water now feature is nice. Lives outside on a post. Seems pretty durable.

Do not buy this timer if you want something that works. This is my first review, because I am really mad that i wasted $73 on an item that only worked 9 weeks. I ordered and received the item at the end of September. It was installed properly by an electrician and it's purpose was to turn on heaters 2 times a week for one hour and then turn them off. The timer turned the heaters on and off correctly on Wednesdays and Sundays for the first 9 weeks. Since then, it will turn the heaters on and off on Wednesdays, but seems to get stuck on Sundays. It makes a buzzing sound, as though it wants to turn the heaters on, but just can't get the job done because the internal contact won't close and hence the buzzing sound. The first week this happened, while we were investigating what was going on and how to get the heaters to turn on, we accidentally bumped the timer and it was then able to turn the heaters on. We hoped this fixed the problem. This Sunday, no chance, it still won;t turn on automatically. We have to manually bump it again to get it going. Us having to do this, defeats the purpose of a $73 timer.
