I gave that rating due to the roaster appears to have quality behind it but as for roasting that is yet to be determined. Update at a later date when I put it to use.

Why? Because it is beautifully crafted and very presentable. It has a very shiny and smooth finish. It is nice to know that it doesn’t contain toxic chemicals. It also is the perfect size. The handles are very sturdy. Very well made. Price is a quite high for me so I was glad it went on sale.

To be fair I was initially concerned based on the weight. It just didn't feel like every roasting pan I'd had prior to this, but it quickly became obvious that it was well made, and surprisingly easy to clean. It easily handled our 18 pound spatchcocked turkey.One minor flaw here is that the handles on the wire rack fold over in both directions. Not a deal breaker, but kind of odd.

Rack is nice but non functional due to the handles faces inward prevents from removing the turkey out easily on the rack. Would like to know what the thought behind that was.

Take note if you have a smaller oven: the real length of this is 43cm from handle to handle. The product listing states 37.6cm, wildly inaccurate. Will not fit in my 41cm wide oven. Very frustrated I have to return this item now.

This pan is great and love that the handle are in the inside and not the outside of the pan. My oven is really small and I can still fit this pan. The rack is made strong and not heavy to carry.

I recently purchased this roasting pan. I could not be any happier with it.It looks amazing and the quality is fantastic. The rack is super functional and the way the handles are set up to pick it all up at once is great. Super easy clean up too. I used this pan in the oven for roasted chicken and on my BBQ and smoker with outstanding results! This is the last roasting pan you will ever need to buy for sure!!!
