First use was when I grilled outside and put drumsticks and baby back ribs in this roaster in the oven. They were a little tough straight off the grill, but after an hour in this roaster, The meat fell off the bone on lowest setting in oven! (170 degrees). So the heat distribution is spot on! This is not a light weight, thin metal, it has a good weight, and it is beautifully made including the coloring, which is a sharp marine blue and white speckle, clean and crisp. Keep your Le Creuset, give me this little dynamo any time and I am looking for its big brother too! It held 8 drumsticks , two thighs and 1 whole slab of baby back ribs. Cleaning was a breeze

This roasting pan is of good quality, which is great. However, its small size might limit its versatility, especially if you plan to cook larger meals or entertain guests. While it could be perfect for smaller dishes or everyday use, you might find it challenging to use for bigger roasts or holiday meals. If you often cook for larger groups, you might want to consider getting an additional, larger roasting pan to complement this one.

I was looking for a small roaster pan with a lid that wasn’t huge and this one is perfect for a small roast up to a larger roasting chicken. Since it has an enamel finish it is so easy to clean after using.

It's okay, not bad, not great. The quality is there but the 'splatter design' really feels like someone flicked a paint brush at it. The lid is a little loose but usable. This size would be great for a small chicken or some cornish hens, but wouldn't fit a turkey. This is a great little roasting pan, but you would need something larger for holiday gatherings.

I was excited to try this roasting pan reminiscent of old speckle ware enamel. It arrived looking even cuter than the pictures. It seems well made with solid enameling and condensation dimples in the lid. It isn’t large but will easily fit a small roast or casserole. This pan is going to look great at the next potluck!

This review is for the product listed as, “Red Co. Enamelware Metal Classic 3.6 Quart 12" Roasting Pan with Dome Lid, Navy Blue Marble/Black Rim - Splatter Design."This small roasting pan has a good coating on it and only a few minor flaws. I like the splatter look to it but I am not cracked up about the fit of the lid. It is loose and moves around too much.

I was so excited to try this out and it did not disappoint! My chicken came out so juicy and tender! It was so easy to clean up. It looks so pretty on the middle of the dinner table! I would definitely recommend this one in your kitchen arsenal!

This roasting pan is beautiful and very well made. It's sturdy enough for heavier roasts with veggies. This would make a wonderful housewarming gift for someone too.
