ずっと気になってはいたものの、手首弱いし、重いと使うのも洗うのも面倒くさくなりそうだよなーと買わずにいたストウブ。今回このブレイザーパンを見つけ、煮るにも焼くにも使えそうだし、家族も減ったし、浅い分軽いのでは？と思い切って購入！お肉はカリッと焼けるし、蒸し物は素材の味が引きたつし、毎回できあがりが楽しみで料理のモチベーションが断然あがりました！使えそうな料理は全てコレでという感じで、週5で使ってますが重さも全く気になりません。

Fantastic pan. Makes me love cooking more.Gets to a good heat and sears very well.Soak it and any baked on residue just floats off.I had white drying spots but a touch of oil brushed on with a paper towel after it’s all cleaned and dry restores it to it’s black lustre.Aside from the tiny handles, honestly a great pan to have. Boil, bake, steam, fry, no issues!

I have a BIG staub dutch oven, this is like smaller version of that. Makes it perfect for every day meals that are so big. Also very similar volume to a traditional amercian 9x13 pan, so you can use it for most any casserole recipe.
