The Nuwave 11.5 Inch Pizza Stone is thick, durable, and heats evenly, making for a great crispy crust whether used in the oven. It handles high temperatures well without cracking.Yes, it does stain easily, and the marks don’t come off—but honestly, who cares? It doesn’t affect performance at all! If you're looking for a solid, reliable baking stone, this is a great choice.

Many grocery stores these days sell fresh, uncooked pizzas. These are nicer, and higher quality, than frozen pizza, but can be a bit finicky to cook. Now that we have a real pizza stone, they are a breeze! Just pre-heat your oven with the stone inside, then carefully place the pizza on top and cook as usual and it comes out perfect every time. No more gooey, uncooked dough in the center. This stone creates a beautiful, crispy crust across the entire underside of your pizza, just like at a restaurant. It even makes frozen pizzas better -- and it provides a firm surface there's no chance the pizza can fall through your oven rack and make a giant mess. You could spend hundreds or even thousands on a bespoke pizza oven, or you could get exactly the same results with this excellent stone. All you have to do is remember to put the stone into the oven before turning it on; there are no other extra steps. The stone does all of the hard work for you. If you ever eat home-made pizza, do yourself a favor and get a pizza stone!

I started getting really into making sourdough a few years ago, then all the different things like homemade pretzels, bagels, and the like. And now I’m on a pizza and pizza dough kick. I’ve pretty much nailed down the pizza sauce exactly how I like it, but the dough is still a work in progress. I had never used a pizza stone before but everyone says it’s the way to go, so I really wanted to give it a try.I’ve been messing around with this stone for about a month, and I’ve got to be honest, so far I like my pizza better on a sheet pan. I really like a crispy crust and I just can’t get that super crispy crust with this that I love. But I don’t think it’s the pizza stone, I think it’s just personal preference. This stone seams to be doing what it’s supposed to do, so I can’t complain too much.

This pizza stone delivers excellent results, giving homemade pizzas a perfectly crispy crust every time. It heats evenly and retains heat well, making it versatile for baking small pizzas, pastries, bread, calzones, and even reheating leftovers like quesadillas. It’s easy to use, durable, and a must-have for anyone who loves baking at home.Tips: Place the stone in the oven as it preheats to ensure even heating. Avoid washing with soap—use baking soda to clean it. For the best results, sprinkle cornmeal on the stone before baking to prevent sticking.

This pizza stone works wonderfully and is the perfect size for our pizzas. I was blown away by how much of a difference it made—the crust comes out with a slight smoky flavor, just like delivery! It’s wild how much better homemade pizza tastes with this stone. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to using metal pizza pans again. The stone is very well made, with just the right thickness for even heat distribution. It’s sturdy and performs exactly as it should, delivering consistently excellent results. It’s perfect for our needs, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to elevate their homemade pizza game.

That title says it all. I found a new tabletop oven/air fryer, then saw this "enhancement." Friends and family all seem to have pizza stones and rave about them, so...I use it for little rolls and pastries with better results -- evenly browned -- than the regular oven rack, so it's a good purchase.

this pizza stone is legit corderite. the breville will get up to 750-800F and this stone handles that temp well. it is slightly too small so its not a direct replacement, but good enough.

Some oil from the pizza got on the stone. I wiped it off with a clean damp cloth. But the next time I cooked with it, the stone smoked terribly from the oil. Ok, so that's down to me, but it also smelled up with house with a terrible chemical smell. They say that this is "Crafted from 100% natural, FDA-safe Cordierite stone" and you can choose to believe that but I don't. After looking into it, I noticed that real natural cordierite stone is very expensive and doesn't smell. This smell was not from food. It was noxious and hung around for days.
