Great for breads & pizza

We use pizza stones in our toaster oven in order to get a crisp crust while keeping the oven rack cleaner. This stone promised crusts wouldn't be soggy or doughy plus easy clean up and the size fit our new toaster oven - perfect. Except that it delivers soggy, doughy, have-to-scrape-the-pizza-off-the-stone-crusts, every single time. If we started with raw dough I might be more forgiving but we were starting with frozen pizzas or frozen crusts which started with more structure than they came off the stone with. In addition, with the crusts going mushy and adhering to the stone, clean up is definitely not "easy" as advertised. We wanted crisp crusts and to keep our oven rack clean. Complete fail as far as crisp crusts are concerned, one star for keeping the racks clean.

This seems to bee really good quality. Cleans like my other stone, and is just as easy to use. It's the perfect size for a family pizza without being too big to store after use. It doesn't seems to hold smells and is worth the investment if you do bot want to spend the money on the big name brand stones. I would buy it again.

This oven board is good for making Pizza Hut stains too quickly and is difficult to clean .
