I use it pretty lightly ... probably used rolled my window down about 3-4 dozen times before it broke.

Don't buy, it's not the same as OEM, gear to fit inner plastic wheel with cables, doesn't reach... plastic bag said it will not refund if opened... you only see the problem when you connect the motor... don't buy, waste of time and money
