See the attached photos of the vacuum pump as received. Issues include:• Pump was just thrown in the cardboard box with no cushioning whatsoever.• Two fins broken.• Many dings and scratches.• The pump appears used, even though it was sold as new.• Power cord pulled out of grommet, exposing loose wires.• Power cord unprofessionally spliced.The only reason we didn't return it was we are on a time crunch and we could not wait for another one

This pump works great, quiet, easy to set up. I built a cow milk machine with mine. Customer service was very helpful handling a problem I had. Customer service was far better than I expected from my previous dealings with Chinese products.
