I use them instead of nonstick pans in toaster oven.They shouldn't wear much, and last a very long time.Only drawback is they're kind of heavy.

These dishes are flat on the bottom. After 5 years of making quiches in deep dish plates that never set up in the center, these quiches turned out perfect. I would definitely recommend them.

I really liked the size of these baking dishes. I was a little disappointed that one cracked the first time I baked in it. Not sure if it was a flaw in the dish or something else happened. It was taken to a family brunch so it could have happened there. Overall it was good.

overall these are pretty nicely glazed and i don’t see no cracking in them at all.. 4 stars cause one has chip on bottom edge and bottom is a little rough looking since that part isn’t glazed (common for these ceramic wares). Do yourself a favor and get a measuring tape out before ordering, i was suprise at how huge an 11” dish is even though, i have 11” pans.. i think a 10” would be best for baking though, this eleven inch required more time in over for center to be done which made outter edges slightly over done BUT, my keto custard was still good in the end and compared to ramskons, this dish allowed me to have way more of my favorite part, the slightly crusty top..
