I have tried several products from this brand without fail, which is quite impressive to be honest as there are many that won't work out of box.So I didn't hesitate to request this one from Orei as well.Now almost all my family members have this type of products at their home haha (after review, I would have them tested for a longer period time for everyday durability test).Anyway, this one didn't disappoint. The material quality is also not cheap like other inexpensive extenders you might see on Amazon that gets quite hot sometimes.The material feels sturdy and most importantly it does its job really well.It does so even with CAT5e cables over close to 80 feet I have tested. (it says it will work up to 132 feet but I didn't need for that long, so it was tested for only what I needed).No noticeable lags /delays, which is always the most important factor when I consider extenders/splitters :)Definitely worth the price !

This review is for OREI UHD-EXB330LAR-K 4K ARC HDMI Extender Balun. This is a pretty solid HDMI extender with multiple features. This works by converting HDMI into an Ethernet signal. This is listed as will work with both CAT5e and CAT6, but I got it work with CAT6e. I would recommend CAT6 or CAT6e. This set has a host of connections too, that makes it a very flexible item to incorporate into a system. I also like the POE (Power Over Ethernet) function, so that you only attach the power cord to one of the two modules. These seem well made, and even though this is my first time using OREI, I am familiar with the company. This worked out perfectly fine for connecting a 1080p TV. This is quality system, and the price is right for what you are getting.

The arc feature never worked, tried getting support from the manufacturer but never got an answer, I had a really bad experience with this product

It transmits and receives signals from long distances. The connection is strong and fast. The '4K' image is beautiful, bright and the video quality is very good.Since it is a powerful device, there is no delay when I connect several devices.

Not only does this machine both deliver and receive signals from vast distances, it is also extremely reliable and provides a strong and fast connection. I have found that machines with this bandwidth often run slow or don’t offer the real ‘4K’ picture that they promise, especially when connected to so many devices at once, but this one is everything it promises to be. Being in the film industry, I have found that the picture is bright and resolute and video quality is top tier. There is no lagging even when I connect my other devices to this at the same time. It really has so much power!Additionally, the size is pretty compact for a machine of its quality. I find that is stores nicely in corners and isn’t too bulky. The material is strong and durable so it is nice to put other tech on top of it as to create a less cluttered desk space.This HDMI connector is top tier and great value. I have not had any issues with it and I think it is super valuable for WFH spaces and for people who use a ton of connection like me. It is easy to set up, plug and chug, and consolidates so much technology and space. Highly recommend!

This is a LAN HDMI kit for mirroring displays or long distance connections. In the box, you get a transmitter and a receiver, each of which measures 6.75”x4”x0.75” with a metal case. Both units have ports on the back for Ethernet, 3.5 mm IR in and out, optical audio, HDMI, HDBaset, RS-232, and 24V power. You also get four 3.5 mm IR cables, 2 metal mounting brackets, a power cord with transistor brick, a North American plug set for the transistor brick, and a pair of RS-232 clips. The devices can receive power over the LAN cable, so only one of the 2 needs to be plugged in directly to a power source.I really like the speed of this LAN extender. There are no noticeable delays or lag time, so this is faster than my wireless HDMI extender kit. Yes, it takes some effort to run cables to connect the transmitter and receiver, but it’s worth it for the extra speed and reliability, plus the reduced exposure to radio waves. The ports enable you to connect the lastest audio technology. Overall, this is a great choice for an ultra-fast HDMI extender kit.

and not HDMI therefore no CEC control. (Why it comes with IR) but no optical cable
