After about 4 months of use the door handle is breaking off and super hard to turn beautiful but not practical at all

Fit like a glove instead of old handles. Very nice looking too. Comes with all hardware for entire lock replacements.

The faux crystal knob is glued in and failed shortly after install, but the seller refunded me outside Amazon's return policy without any pushback

I bought the 3 pack, conveniently, just after the one month return mark, not one, but 2 doorknobs fell off of my doors. The first one, I assumed was partially my fault because I hit it somewhat with a ladder while renovating (but in my opinion doorknobs should stand up to wear and tear) , however, the second one just fell off in my hand as I tried to enter the bathroom. I didn't seek a return until the 2nd one fell off. There was no way to contact the seller and Amazon won't refund my full cost and said I have to pay a restocking fee, which doesn't make sense since the return will be unusable. I don't know about you, but I don't want to live in a world with no accountability, where our money means nothing, the responsibility is shifted to the customer for Amazon's choice of shady business partners and doorknobs are now one other thing we cannot rely on to last more than a month. Pretty sure they should last the life of the house and beyond. Why Amazon are you supporting businesses with no contact information and no accountability and then transferring that expense to the customer? Although the metal is well built and the glass is pretty, I agree they are sharp to turn and there is a defect with the glue with makes them fail, should have looked at the reviews more carefully. Looking through other reviews, replacing the knobs would likely lead to the same problem again.

Muy baja calidad en la primera semana de instalación se miraban muy bonitas pero la manija de cristal se separa de la de metal, porque está pegada con silicon de baja calidad, cuando ni siquiera a tenido uso es una gran decepción

My entire life I've wanted crystal door knobs but I lived on a farm and had a million kids, blah blah blah. Well, now everyone is grown and I'm in Arizona remodeling my "forever" house and I decided to JUST DO IT! I was super excited when I found these. I kind of prepared myself for disappointment because they were so reasonably priced but WOW!!!!! They are just gorgeous and very well made. They installed easily and work perfectly. They turn like silk but are very very sturdy. These are great and the grandkids think we're very cool because we have diamonds on all our doors. lol I am IN LOVE with them and they really look stunning on all my doors. I got the ones with the lock for the bathrooms and master too. I'm beyond happy and feel very fancy.
