No es tan larga como la imagen, sin embargo para mi lesión funciona perfecta, no me lastima la piel. Tiene forro adentro, es muy suave y acolchonada.

The walker boot arrived quickly and as described. The description does not stress that the air pump only pressurizes the sides of the ankle / calf and not provide any additional support for the arch so I can't complain.Been using around 14 hours a day since receipt and there does seem to be some improvement.I would order again if the need arises.

I've had numerous foot issues over the years, and hated the boots I was forced to deal with. I researched walking boots and had chosen this one and kept it in my cart for several years. I am revising my original review because it took some time to figure it out. THIS IS THE BEST BOOT I HAVE EVER FOUND!!!!!!!The Small size was supposed to fit 5.5 - 8.5 size feet. I wear size 7 shoes and my toes were to the limit of the boot, so if your shoe size is 7.5+ you will want a MEDIUM. If you are not sure about sizing, CALL THE MANUFACTURER for advice. The protective "cover" will appear to be way too long - HOWEVER, it's learning how to position it that will make it work for you. PLEASE NOTE that many medical boots are not returnable, so do your homework!!It may take a little time to get the protective cover positioned correctly, but the large air inflator button location can be adjusted, so be patient to make it work for you.I was originally very frustrated with the boot, but it was "operator error" on my part. I've revised my original review. If you have foot and ankle injuries or issues, this will likely be the best boot to help you heal. IT"S A WINNER. It is comfortable, supportive, and will protect your injured foot.

I had a higher boot to the knee from doctors office. It was killing my leg on my knee scooter. Got the shorter boot and now walking with gradual weight bearing. It has an air pump (as did the taller one) but I don’t use it, it squeezes my foot too much. It’s very lightweight and easy on and off. Although I’m very pleased with it, I’m ready to put it in the closet! Loved the price, the one from the doctor was $274!

Let me start by saying as far as air walker boots go this is by far the nicest looking one I have found. Unfortunately, that's where the positive ends. I recently fractured my foot and I have to wear an air walker boot for the next four weeks. I have a good one that my doctor provided but I was looking for one with more of a closed toe to wear on a cruise I'm taking to Alaska. First off, I purchased a size small, according to the size chart a small should fit a women's shoe size 5.5-8.5. I wear a women's shoe size 7 and the tip of my toe was hitting the toe guard which was extremely painful. Second, the cloth liner of the boot did not extend past the plastic parts at the top of the boot so when I managed to get the boot on the plastic parts were rubbing against my calf/leg. I was worried as I knew this was a no return item when I purchased it but once I contacted Amazon not only did they issue me a full refund, they told me to keep the item. I plan on donating the boot to someone in need.

I should have listened to the 1 star reviews. I can't put this boot on myself. My husband had to put it on. Once on, it was okay until I stood up. I took one step and it bothered my foot and was rubbing on my shin. I purchased boot socks but there was not way that I could get my foot in the boot with those socks on. I put a one of my husband's socks on, and it didn't help. What a waste of money, especially when money is so tight. They claimed this boot was comfortable. They couldn't be farther from the truth. I would not purchase anything from this company again.

Boot brought huge relief when it stabilized my achilles tendon - the material compression straps just weren't doing it well enough for me at the beginning. Others have noted issues with pressurizing the boot. I wore it a few times before I realized the bubble to let the air out was the small one found below the larger one (larger bubble is pushed repeatedly to pump the air in and compress around your foot). I wore constantly during the day for 5 weeks and had no issues with boot. These are made of a hard plastic so I was careful when I put in on to make sure everything was tucked where it needed to be and then I pressurized. I now use a fabric compression strap and if I know I will be walking lots then use the boot but with minimal pressure. Achilles - 8 months and still being careful, stairs are not fun. Good luck.

I have had this boot about 6 weeks or so but I wore it only for three then stopped when I thought my stress fracture had healed enough. After a while without it, it became clear this wasn’t the case so I’ve been wearing it again for a week after the NHS one I was given by A&E when they reviewed me also broke on me. The rubber flange connecting the 2 rigid plastic sections of the protective top-piece are split almost half way through! On both sides! I have been walking on crutches the last 2 weeks so hardly very mobile. Fracture boots are designed to be worn for periods of 6 weeks or more like the plaster casts they replace. 4 weeks of walking on it is hardly enough! For the cost, 4 weeks of use is not enough! I would like to ask for a replacement or a refund so I can secure a better alternative but I can’t find a Contact Seller option on the order.I gave it 2 stars purely for the convenience of it when it worked. But who recovers from a bone fracture in just 4 was weeks?! 4 weeks in, I wouldn’t even give it 1 star as I am now scared to walk on it as if it breaks when I’m at work I’m stuck with nothing!

I fractured my fibula bone at the ankle. This boot is my third try and it feels GREAT compared to the highly rated United Surgical Air Cam Walker Fracture Boots that I tried first. The United Surgical boots have support braces that are positioned right over my broken ankle bone and were very painful. I couldn't even stand up in them without a lot of pain. This Ossur boot is very different as it has a shell that wraps around the ankle and doesn't put pressure on my fracture in that way the other type does. It pumps up easily and provides the perfect amount of pressure. It's simple to put on, but it is necessary to push all of the air out of the inner boot before you fit it. There's a fitting video on YouTube that's worth watching. I wear a women's (M) 7 to 7.5 shoe and the size small fit perfectly. The toe protector is also a good feature.

Love this boot! I have to do a job that I climb, walk, and stand, this boot keeps my foot aligned so that I don't injure it again, and that I am not so worried about bumping it, as this shields my foot and ankle completely. Much more comfortable than the slings I tried, and can walk directly on it so that my sock does not get soiled, or the sling. Easy on and off, wipe clean, adjustable compression, just the right height. The only issue with it at all is it is a bit heavy, and tall heel. I wear a size 8 wide shoe, and got a small, perfect, you inflate it to the configuration of your foot. And I just take it off to rest, very convenient. I highly recommend this boot.

Great boot for my 5th metatarsal break. There is another boot that is very popular, less expensive, without the front plastic piece which I tried from Amazon, but no matter how I tried to position my foot, the straps and the cushioning it hit my broken bone in a painful way.The two piece construction is better for my break, the bottom of the boot rolls better than the less expensive option, and the wide velcro straps are easier to work with than other boots I tried.Warning if you are size 8.5 this boot should fit you according to their chart. I am a very standard size 8.5 and my big toe was up against the plastic shell. I had to get a medium which felt a bit big, but with the straps down and air pumped up, I am good to go.
