What it is: Makita 18v LiOn battery compatible adjustable head palm nailer. Features trigger with lock, adjustable head, work light, magnetic nail grip. Includes instructions.Why I like it: As an avid DIYr and IT Pro, I’m constantly installing custom cabinets, cable j hooks, cable trays, etc. This nailer is the tool I didn’t know I needed until I tried it, and it works well. The magnet is strong enough to hold your nail as you set it, and it is powerful to drive different sizes. I’ve used it with 3, 5, and 6Ah batteries, all which give good power and run time. Overall, an excellent nailer for tight quarters.

This electric nailer drives nails efficiently. It is easy to use and quickly adjustable from 0, 45, to 90 degrees. The magnetic collet works and can hold nails in place while starting. Once started, this driver works quickly. Although it is compared to pneumatic nail guns, it is a bit different. Pneumatic nail guns typically take rolls of nail and are automatically advanced and take a single trigger. This is more like a traditional hammer tapping a single nail really quickly. It is comfortable to hold and use. I do wish it had a claw to remove nails and maybe a smaller diameter collet for thinner nails.

I can say that this power auto hammer worked wonderfully. It made the job so much easier I would easily buy it again and would definitely recommend it,It can work with MAKITA 18V battery!

Got it on sale,worth $79 price. It's built well enough and I bought it to install staples in tight places.This cordless palm nailer works great for that and for driving nails.

Got this power hammer to quickly pop out tie rod ends but have found many other uses for it. Compact enough to get into tight places on the car and affordable enough to have as a specialty tool that you need in a pinch.
