This was very easy to install. It holds the paper towels firmly. It's a little difficult to load with one hand and it squeaks sometimes when it's used. Overall, a good product. Definitely worth it, if you are looking for a one handed paper towels holder.

Over the years I have had and used a variety of paper towel holders. By far, this one is the sturdiest one I have ever used. I was hesitant at the higher than normal price range for a hanging paper towel holder, but I took the chance and I am glad I did. This is very sturdy and will not break like the plastic one I just replaced. Tension on the paper towel is from springs on the holder and they are not to tight or to loose. Comes with basic mounting hardware along with double sided tape. I chose the hardware method and only used the tape to line it up so I cannot testify to the strength of the tape for a heavy paper towel holder as this one. I am overall delighted with this daily use item and expect it to last a very long time!

Initially, I thought the springs would work better. Turns out they're quite cumbersome when changing rolls.

Great paper towel holder for the price! The entire holder is made of stainless and the mount is 2mm thick, so there's plenty of rigidity. The spring-loaded sides also make replacing a roll easy and convenient.

This is a major upgrade from the plastic holder we had up until it snapped apart a week or so ago. This holder is solid metal, spring loaded, and holds the roll securely while letting it spin freely. Perfect! Additionally, it came with all hardware needed for installation and was a breeze to install. I cannot recommend this product highly enough!

After ordering and returning several "heavy duty" (i.e, exceptionally flimsy) paper towel holders on Amazon, I decided to try this one. Based on its appearance in photos and its customer reviews, this paper towel holder seemed like it would be worth a shot. When it arrived, I was pleased to discover that it was sturdy, well-designed, and remarkably well-made. It's not only great-looking, but it functions exactly as described, and is truly a one hand tear unit. The paper towel roll grippers are held firmly in place by very strong springs, holding the roll in place while creating ideal friction for one hand operation. Thank you for creating such a high-quality item that is definitely worth the price!

This is a very well designed and solidly built stainless steel paper towel roll holder. I installed it on my garage wall. It snugly holds a paper towel or shop towel roll with enough resistance so that I can pull down and tear off a single sheet using one hand without free wheeling the entire roll. Great for those times when you have a disaster in one hand and need a paper towel right now! The holder uses spring loaded end caps to hold the roll in place. Simply push the end caps outward and slip the roll in. Included are 3 options for installing the holder: 1) A two sided adhesive strip, 2) Two short wood screws for attaching underneath a cabinet, 3) Two longer screws with plastic anchors for attaching to drywall. Since my garage wall is OSB, I used the longer screws without the plastic anchors and the holder is firmly in place. Buy it, you won’t be disappointed!

This paper towel holder is super sturdy and looks very stylish. It was easy to install and holds a roll of paper towels very securely. I'm glad we "splurged" on a better paper towel holder, as it seems like it could last forever.
