真ん中のパスタ生地を薄く伸ばすローラーの厚みがあまりないので機械に入れる前にある程度薄くしておく必要がある。薄くはなるが生地の端の部分の仕上がりがきれいにならない。家庭用としては十分だと思う。

This fits my KitchenAid perfectly, is easy to use, and easy to clean. Follow the great directions..dust some flour in the channels, and then of course follow your pasta recipe directions well. I make sourdough, so I make discard sourdough pasta with this. Next I'm going to make lasagna noodles. I have used the spaghetti and fettuccine slots. Pat your dough out to about a 6 in by 8 in oval and feed it into the middle channel starting with level 8. Run it twice through each level down to level 4. Then choose either of the spaghetti or fettuccine channel. It's very quiet. Love this!

I really didn't know what to do with the product. You see, my mother used an old fashioned pasta maker with a rotary handle. I figured I'd do something better to connect to my Kitchenaid mixer. Found a pasta recipe on google (two cups flower, 3 eggs, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tbsp olive oil); worked it in a bit and the maker worked like a charm and the fettuccini came out delicious. It would make mom proud.

I love to make fresh pasta and fresh egg noodles for home made chicken noodle soup. This attachment makes the entire process so much easier on my arms and shoulders ( frozen shoulders are very painful) and quicker. Very simple to clean up. And a great choice of multiple thicknesses. With 3 separate pastas Spaghetti, fettuccini and 1 for lasagna/cannelloni. So far I am very happy with my purchase.

We have purchased Kitchen-Aid branded attachments and these knock offs and I have to say that I don't know why we continue to waste money on the name brand stuff as this product stands up to the test.Ease of Use: Incredibly user-friendly attached and detaches with ease from your existing Kitchen Aid Mixer.Design: presses and cuts the dough.Performance: We have not experienced any performance issues.Durability: We've only had it about a month and used it about 6 times and it hasn't shown any signs of deterioration or that it is not up to the task.

Works great, spaghetti feature did not cut the dough well, stuck together. Had to pull apart, but will give it a try on another night.

I took this pasta maker to my daughter's house when we stayed with the grandkids. She has chickens and there are always extra eggs to use up. The pasta maker was very easy to use. Right from the start we has success making pasta and the grankids really enjoyed using it. I was skeptical using the spaghetti setting because I thought the pasta would fall apart because it is so narrow. The spaghetti turned out perfect along with every other setting we tried. We spread the pasta out to dry a bit on dish towels after coating it with semolina flour to prevent sticking. Then we froze each batch in individual bags. The pasta was delicious and it was a fun afternoon spent making it. We are novices, but we felt like gourmet cooks that day!

Great attachment. It fits the kitchen aid mixer well and works great. I have only used it two times, and am new to making my own pasta so I can not say how a more experienced person would find this attachent. The only con is you have to roll your past quite a bit by hand first to get it small enough to fit through the largest setting for rolling.
